Treebo Gulmohar Beach Resort

Overall experience was good.But some thinks that surely needs to improve, specially the breakfast it was total waste of money. For pure veg person the poha or upma is not all worth for 500Rupees. No lift so u need to carry your luggage to second floor. But view is good and stay is nice

Recently stayed in Glumohar Beach Resort, found this to be the worst property in Treebo. The room was stinking you could not even stand in there with spider webs all around the room and fungus on curtains. Even the bedsheets, spreads and towels had strained and were dirty. In the bathroom, the pot seat was broken and toiletries weren't there. Even pot was not cleaned when asked them to clean then it was said that it was cleaned in the morning. In the balcony, dust and bird shit was there on chairs and table but these did not get cleaned after multiple request. TVs inside the rooms were not working and when requested for getting them fixed then no one came for fixing it too. Had to ask them to provide these basic things. They have open dining area with dishes not cleaned properly, even crows would come in and eat from the plate the leftover food. Overall it was a pathetic stay and would not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!||This place is one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no respect for guests. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable, especially towards tourists who expect at least basic hospitality.||||They do not listen to concerns, do not assist with problems, and seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint or ask for help, they either ignore you or talk back with a terrible attitude.||||Rooms are not well-maintained, the atmosphere is uncomfortable, and their service is way below any acceptable standard. You're better off sleeping in your car than dealing with the stress of this place.||||Please save yourself the trouble -- DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.||There are plenty of better options where guests are treated with respect and kindness. This hotel should be your LAST choice, if not off your list completely.||||This is a strong warning to all future tourists: STAY AWAY

My experience with this hotel is not great. Highly doubt it is treebo standard. Rooms are smaller than shown. Not sure if the room can be called Deluxe! Room service is worse. We had to call and walk to the reception multiple times for the TV issue and there was no proper response. TV is faulty. Doesnt turn on. Even for complimentary water bottle we had to ask multiple times. Basic items such as kettle and tea bags were not present. (Not given even after asking). Wifi stopped working frequently. The room given was near to swimming pool so there is always loud noise from the speaker. Swimming pool is ok. Relatively bigger. Parking space is decent. We had complained to treebo customer care and they allotted a different hotel nearby. (Truly appreciate quick action from Treebo) We go to Goa for a relaxed experience and what's the point if we have to run behind room service every half an hour even for the basic amenities? They treat us as if we are staying for free. Please improve.

My experience at the hotel was not great at all. The rooms were not properly maintained, the service was delayed, and the breakfast was subpar. Additionally, the swimming pool water was not clean, and there was an excess of chlorinated water. I don't understand how they categorize themselves as a 3-star hotel. I wouldn't give them even a slightly positive review. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Resort is beautiful Best pool Rooms are quite small but great I have booked it from treebo..and the price was good . Also recieved some goodies while checkout from treebo

This hotel is worst hotel..... there is no option to give zero Rating, otherwise I will give zero rating..... worst service , worst and rude staff behavior, they don't treat customer properly, they charged me for tea and milk extra to me , their washroom water supply very bad, very slow , I told them multiple time , but they always neglect. Please don't use this hotel , if you want relax and family safety...... Don't don't go to this hotel

Only washrooms were clean They were charing 10 rs extra for water bottles Swimming pool is the only value for money thing there.
