The Ocean Park Resort

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are well cleaned and have hot water all the time. Good swimming pool and their timings are also good & reasonable. Front gate Security is available and awake. Decent parking space. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Smooth conversations. They have in-house electrician and plumber and so any issue will be rectified immediately. Breakfast buffet menu is well balanced and tasted good & highly recommended. Their room decoration was excellent at an affordable price.

Not at all suitable for family stay. They majorly give rooms to the group of bachelor's or bunch of guys which is not good for family. I had horrible experience wherein gangs of guys making nuisance via shouting in the pool, drinking on poolside, playing speakers loudly and when i complained those guys not listening to them. They dont have any control on it. Moreover, there is insecurity for ladies because guys used to keep staring on ladies and this is happening on daily basis. Pls avoid book ocean resort if you are coming with your family They least care about your comfort and major focus on full the rooms with dumbass bunch of guys. Checkin time: 2 PM Checkout time: 11 AM Charging very high for rooms and zero service. Staff is not co-operative and rude. Manager always not available in the resort. Dont recommend these hotel to anyone. At the end you will get disappointed.

Overall experience is good. But there dining area is very congested and cutlery also not available upto mark. Every time need to request for fork, spoons and cups

A nice hotel located slightly off the main road, with the beach just a short walk away. The rooms are decent but don't quite give a typical hotel feel. However, the service is good. The nearest beach is Calangute.

My experience was very Bed staff not supported, service bed .when you plan to stay please check my review. Check out time 11Am if you need 30 minutes the resort team not support. Price of water is just very high ,they charges extra amount .same as tea ,if you wants any utensil they not provided. So if you plan to visit Goa please check all review.

* I had three rooms booked for a group of 7 adults and 2 children. I informed Neha Singh at reception about our party size, but initially, she said they had rooms available for only 6 adults. After a brief check, she admitted that my information was accurate. * Unfortunately, the service at the reception was poor. Neha Singh was quite rude, and although the rooms were ready, we weren't allowed to check in until exactly 2 PM, despite being on time. * To add to the frustration, they charged us an extra 1000 for one of the children, even though the child is under 6 years old. Although I didn't specify the child's age when booking, their own policy says children under 6 stay for free. * The GM, who was sitting at the front desk, was loud and unprofessional, and when I asked for her name, I was ignored. * disappointing experience with the extra bed provided. The mattress was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. I raised the issue with the staff, but they were unable to offer a solution, simply stating that "it is what it is." * The hotel has a very strict, almost military-like atmosphere. It felt more like staying in a dharamshala, with the restaurant closing at 11 PM and no outside food permitted. * If you're hungry after hours, you're out of luck. No food is allowed inside the hotel, so you'll either need to find another restaurant or go to bed without dinner * I had an unfortunate experience with a salesperson named Mr. Rahul during my visit to Ocean Park. His behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, as he did not demonstrate proper manners or respect when interacting with customers. I found his attitude to be dismissive and unhelpful, which significantly impacted my experience. * I also noticed that I'm not alone in this issue--many other guests seem to have had similar complaints about their conduct. It's disappointing to see this lack of professionalism, especially at a place that should prioritize good customer service.
