Sunkissed Premium Goa by WSI - Best Family Resort in Calangute Goa

Stayed at Sun Kissed Resort in Goa for 6 days. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. However, we faced a few issues during our stay. There were rats disturbing us at night on 1-2 occasions, which was quite uncomfortable. The lift was not working, and there was also a power cut that disturbed our sleep. Although they had a generator, it took around 5 minutes to start after the electricity went off. Overall, the location is good, but these issues need improvement to enhance the guest experience.

Don't ever come here guys. Every single room has bedbugs, They took advance of 10k rupees and didn't bother to return even a single rupee right after 10 mins of us finding the bedbugs , The staff was very rude and they had no ounce of respect for the customer , the ladies or the kids. Not to mention whoever that careless owner is , the staff Minal Josh and Arbaaz were so rude and didn't even bother to even talk to the customers properly and gave such stupid answers because of their fault , First get responsible staff and teach them to atleast give respect before they begin to ask for respect The guy at the reception is so irresponsible , The manager came here so carelessly telling it's not their fault and told they don't want to disturb the owner at 11.15 pm in the night , They have the audacity to tell that they will not do anything and not disturb their owner They even had the gall to tell Go give a police complaint , let's see what you can do

Nice stay.. initially we had small problems but they were resolved quickly. Food quality was good. GRE was good and supportive. Thank you GRE and Sunkissed team.

Very beautiful resorts with good facilities mainly the pool & restaurant we had a lovely holiday sure to come back again thanks very much Sanjay Bhai for caring

Though we got an another room to stay but faced an issue of room allocated to us earlier which is dirty and not maintained well. The washrooms are not maintained properly as the drainage for the wash basin is not proper, even after having complaint for the same , no action is taken and there are cockroaches in the room. The room is not well-maintained. The services which are provided by the staff at restaurant is nice and so have rated as 4 in service.Overall it's average.

This Hotel Is Very Beautiful, Clean & Near at Beach side... Also all Staff are Very Polite & all Services are Provided We Want... Specialy Thanks to D.J. Bro Is Very Cool & So Much Entertainment at Swimming Pool Side Daily ... Thank You Hotel Sunkissed...

Room is very clean...and food are best in quantity and quality.. is great after all I like this hotel good care specially Patil sir thankyou

Very good service. Staff is friendly. Decent atmosphere Food is so delicious and if requested they will customise. I will definitely recommend for a trip
