Its not resort, its hotel. The rooms are good but the other services are poor. Restaurant food is also not good. Sending higher amount bills that what mentioned in menu. Also sending different orders than what we delivered. Better to order from outside or go outside for food. Spa service is also not good. So for just stay. The hotel is good

I recently stayed at your property and would like to share my feedback. Overall, the hotel is good, but as a 4-star property, it did not fully meet my expectations. Here are a few areas where I believe improvements are needed: Delayed Response to Complaints: It took two days for my complaint about the electric socket next to my bed not working to be addressed. A quicker response would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Inconsistent Shampoo Refill: The shampoo bottles were not refilled daily, which is expected as a standard amenity in a 4-star hotel. Swimming Pool Size and Facilities: The swimming pool is quite small and there is no separate pool for children, which limits usability for families. Pool Timings: The pool is accessible only from 8 AM to 8 PM. Extending these hours would provide more flexibility for guests. Location and Accessibility: The hotel is located quite far inside from the main road with only one entry point. It would be very helpful if the hotel arranged transportation between the hotel and the main road for guests. Charges for Broken Items: My child accidentally broke a water glass, and the charge was more than 150, which seemed excessive for a single glass. Air Conditioner Placement: The AC outdoor unit is mounted on the balcony. When it is running, it makes the balcony uncomfortable to sit in, which limits the use of that space. Please explore other options instead of summit I am very surprised how hotel rate as4.4 rating

Had a pleasant stay here in this resort. Incredible staff, specially the receptionist, well mannered and well behaved staff. I am extremely impressed by Rohan, Jeremy and Bari service. They're truly amazing people and their hospitality is on point.

front office staff are very well mannered ,attentive ,smart and friendly. i would like to give a special thanks to Ms.Bari (front office manager) and Mr.Cleverson for providing us the best hospitality and it was great to be handled by them.
