Shelsta Holiday Resort

We had good experience in this property.. rooms are not that clean. Have to maintain cleaning. (Proruth) he's very kind nd polite and given early c/in also. Thank you so much to all staff

1. Pool timing is 9am to 6pm ( which is odd) - if you are looking for pool property i will not recommend this because the timings are odd and you will not use it. 2. No private kitchen. 3. Dirty bedsheets and Quilt. 4. Sometimes crowd is not good and nobody in property will manage. With family - Not recommend Without Family - go for it as location is good but make sure you need to manage with dirty bedsheets and quilt. Happy Holidays

Rooms are good. location is also good. but hotel need heavy maintenance. all electrical sockets where Brocken, lamps was not working, shower handle was Brocken in bath room. they provided refrigerator but it was not working so there is no use of it. they provided only TV, without set top box so again no use of TV. this was the condition of our premium room booking. i would never visit this place ever again.

Very helpful staff. Specially from the reception. The rooms are very nice ..... The pool is one of the best you can get in a mid range the hotel. Shelsta holiday resort from beach walking distance 5 mint Pool timings are also perfect.and pool view ...uffff

Worst experience. My husband and I recently stayed at Shelsta Hotel Resort in Goa, booking it through Agoda, where it is rated as a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very small and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside, and to make matters worse, we even found small centipedes in the bathroom. Despite all this, I tried to stay calm and make the most of our stay. However, one incident completely shocked us. When my husband requested a water bottle, the staff assured him they would send one to our room. Unbeknownst to them, I saw what happened next--one of the staff members picked up a used bottle from the trash, refilled it, and handed it to us. When we confronted the reception and asked for a sealed bottle, they told us they don't provide sealed water bottles. To the hotel owner: Please charge an extra 40 or more if needed, but don't resort to such unethical practices. We didn't pay 2,000 per day for a reused water bottle picked from the garbage. For tidy doormat (it was a napkin in name of doormat) Torn blanket. Wifi issue was also there & mobile network range was almost zero. & 1 more thing picture they showed on agaoda app is not matching with the actual room (heritage room) It's totally different.

Very good stay .. staff were helpful & polite, rooms were at very affordable price , the hotel receptionist helped in booking airport bus via red bus The place was very calm and clean the pool experience was grt .. loved the stay It's only 800m from Baga/calangute beach shacks

Room is super neat and cool. If you are looking for peaceful vacation you can choose this resort. Friendly management. Excellent ambience. I highly recommend this resort.
