Sea Breeze Beach - Calangute

Worst hotel Property is nice. However I wouldn't recommend it to others! Keep in mind: > No tea coffee kit or kettle in the room which i think are basic amenities any hotel provides. > Overall room cleanliness is poor. There were spider webs all around the room. The floor seemed a bit sticky and then we changed the room and the other one was the same as well. If you're up for hygiene, avoid this place. > Bed size is too small to accommodate 2 adults and a child. There are 2 beds, the other one is smaller than a 3 tier berth so it's of no use. Mine was broken as well. > Blankets aren't cozy. They just give railway like blankets that too only two per room! We got only one and when we asked for one more they gave a real railway blanket (the one we get in train - i think they stole it from a train ) which we didn't accept and then we were provided with another one. > Swimming pool is good but not clean. Whenever we used it, we asked them to clean it. They cleaned it once and the other time they said it will be cleaned only twice a day, ie in the morning and evening. > Too many mosquitos. We had to ask for a mosquito repellent at 4 in the night after getting our faces swollen. > Comod is loose and shakes. > Fan is noisy. Wifi only works outside the rooms. > Shower is not properly functional. > Toiletries provided are not of good quality. > Room has cockroaches that fly. We made the hotel staff take them out two times yet the manager refused to accept the fact that there could be cockroaches in the room. > Staff is not professional. They look like some goons have taken over the property. They keep chilling beside the pool area themselves which I don't think is appropriate. > Breakfast though was not included in my stay but they don't have a kitchen to prepare anything. They just outsource the meal for the few people who have opted for it. > Whatever we asked them, they did with a heavy heart.. like cleaning the room regularly (they said they will only clean it once every couple of days!) or asking for mosquito repellent (one guy said he needs to ask the manager before giving it to us as if we have asked him for anything of great value!) Verdict : Overall a nightmare. Would have changed the hotel if I hadn't paid fully in advance. The property is very nice. Just maintaining it and a little renovation is necessary. Good location as well. Staff could be a little literate to handle guest's requests. I could pay more than I have if all the above points are considered by the property management.

The hotel was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. There was a lack of cleanliness, and if there's no kitchen, they shouldn't be offering breakfast. Service was non-existent, and the food quality was subpar. We also encountered mosquitoes and large cockroaches in the room and on the beds. When we informed the staff, their response was, "Maybe you threw food, that's why they came." Overall, a complete waste of money.

Not a good hotel to stay, if you want water bottle then you ll not get it coz no facility of water bottle, you need to go downstairs & get the water from jug, service is also ok,

Parking : Narrow space and parking is congested. Difficult for 4 wheeler and less parking space for 2 wheeler. Rooms : As entered Rooms was smelly, seems like closed for too long. No room service provided by the hotel staff. Bathroom was overall OK. No wifi provided. Pools : About 3ft to 5ft pool with highly chlorinated. My friends voice gots worse after an hour in the pool. Cleaning of pool is not proper. Plus point : close to Calangute.

Worst experience in Goa. Vikas is very arrogant and irresponsible. Not even provide 1 bottle of water per day. Breakfast is really bad and only 2 options. Swimming pool is not really maintained. Blankets are stinky. Bathrooms are not cleaned, even rooms are not cleaned before checking in. Giving used bottles of shampoos.

Hotel not at all good. waste of money. no cleanliness if you don't have kitchen then don't serve breakfast. when it comes to service no response from them. food quality was not at all up to the mark.made a mistake booking in this hotel. also lots of issues regarding mosquito at night.

Not goot at all. Please avoid if you can. There are no amenities apart from pool and no room service. Terrible rooms furniture and cleanliness
