DO NOT VISIT NOT AT ALL SAFE PLACE I wish I could rate them negative infinity as My experience with this hotel was horrendous these people and their staff are not only untrained but unprofessional too. Their behavior and body language is so so negative which I and my husband realised on the 2nd day of our visit. Let me start with day 1, when we entered here there was no smile on any of there staff which is quite basic but no then there was no proper guidance and support. When we went to check our rooms it smelled disgusting I couldn't even breath after checking 3-4 rooms finally we found a room with OK ok view and decided to settle in it as we were dead tired. After a while we left to chill at beach and have lunch but when we came back to see that our room was opened. When called the staff to check was has happened they denied and started blaming us that we kept the room open. Why will someone who has their belongings in the room keep the door room? Then my husband asked to call the manager and check with the camera to know what happened as he saw we did lock our room but house keeping opened it later. Here they should have apologised to us but no, sadly they didn't and why will do they got the money now we were helpless and couldn't shift somewhere else. Day 2 - I called at the reception around 11 am and asked to send 2 bottles of water and someone to clean our room but no one showed with neither a bottle of water nor a broom which was very disappointing. Later we left as we had plans when came back there was some private party going on which is unusual. At the night of our 3rd day in this hotel my husband and brother thought of visiting there underground club to see that exactly it is and they were stunned to see what was going around. There was bar girls all over dancing and men throwing money at them. Oh my god when I heard this I felt so unsafe that I just wanted to get out of that place. You can not stay here with family as you don't know what will happen. Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody.
