Resort De Goa

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The pool area was relaxing and the dining options were good, though a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service. Looking forward to visiting again.

WORST HOTEL in Goa I had a terrible experience at this resort. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to let us stay despite having a confirmed booking and didn't offer any assistance or explanation. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wondered how they got ratings for stay . Don't trust this hotel for stay!!!!!!!!!!!!

This accommodation is not suitable for families. My stay at Resort De Goa was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive to guests needs.

Best for a budget friendly stay good staff and good service

Don't book a room just by going with other reviews. They ask to rate 5 star during checkout. Reality is not even worth 1 star. Here are the issues 1. The room is full of ants, some small insects. 2. The bathroom door is half broken plastic piece. 3. The bathroom is not even cleaned with a bathroom cleaner. Instead they clean whole room with Dettol which emits smell like you stay in hospital. Use a room freshner man. It's a common sense. 4. The receptionist don't even remember if the person is checking out on a particular date. They keep calling on intercom and ask to checkout. 5. The room charge is 2500 and they increase it to 3000 and more during season. Why? To experience dirty smelling rooms full of ants? 6. The room is not even worth paying 1500 for. Go check for yourself other hotels if you want to be in calangute. 7. There are other hotels that give atleast a water bottle complimentary, but here they charge aggressively. 8. Lastly, it is completed unsuitable for family.

Good place to stay and Mr. Surendra ( Hotel manager) has arranged things as needed and was very friendly, Food quality is ok but can be improved. I recommend this place since its very close to all nearby market and beaches. Good support from Hotel staff.
