Ocean View Goan Beach House

I stayed at this property with my wife for 3 nights in hot April. The caretaker was very supportive throughout our stay. The AC was working well, so we had no issues with the heat. However, pest control is needed as ants were a big problem. This place is best suited for those looking for a budget-friendly stay with drinking water available and just a 3-minute walk to Calangute Beach. Keep in mind, there are no parking facilities for cars or bikes.

This is one of the worst property to stay in Goa, it's old, broken, horror and smelly. We stayed here for 3 days with family, we had to face lot of issues, ACs were not working we needed to change the room, they do not have any room service, even the cleaning and linen was not changed when we asked for it both property manager and staff were unprofessional and started arguments with us, it's totally a waste of money to spoil your Holidays, literally not recommended for spiling your holidays and horror experience I had.

Location was unexpected as it's just in front of the beach. Rooms need better maintenance as toilet need better cleaning and renovation. Beds well maintained. The building is quite old have a old model construction.

It's a very okay okay place with no parking of its own. And if the nearby free parking is full, one might have to park it in paid parking which is around 500-600m away, despite the hotel charging 1500 per day. Also, the check in is at 1PM which is unreasonable and if you don't want to stay in sun even though the whole hotel is empty you would have to pay 500 for early check-in. The only thing is you can walk few steps and you'll be on seashore..

Don't go!!! First of all very very hard to locate there's not even sign boards that will lead to the location. Staff is not available (it's only one person) and he was very rude. Only guest house no food nothing. They say they have water heaters But it's on solar and we had to bath with chill water fell sick the same day. Rooms are very small. Impossible to adjust for 3 person. Worst case scenario: stay on beach rather than this guest house.

Ocean view homestay is awesome, rooms are hygienic, very near to the beach, it's like a dream come true for bachelors waking up n having coffee der n having drinks at night is an awesome experience wen I stayed der.

It's a good hotel and Robi is a good man he suggested goods and he served well .... really appreciated... You guys have to go there

Although the hotel is in front of the beach, it is far from the hustle and bustle of the beach. It is equipped with facilities. Rooms are small but safe. It is an old portugal property. It is budget friendly. yes its real ocean sea view. family and couple friendly hotel
