Overall experience was good. Food and service is Good and staff is also supportive. Improvement areas: 1.Need to improve the cleanliness of the washrooms in reception area 2. WIFI should be accessible within the hotel area and should not be restricted to rooms only

It was good experience overall staff is also well mannered. It provides breakfast later as well if you accidentally got late. Pool view room with balcony is best option they have provided us Thanks

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and while the location is great--just about 1.5 kilometers from Calangute Beach--unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The property itself is decent, but the service and cleanliness were lacking. The bedsheets and towels appeared dirty, which was quite disappointing. Being in Goa, it's understandable that guests bring sand into the rooms, but the hotel seemed to struggle with proper floor cleaning. They used wipers with cloths to mop the floor, but the result was far from satisfactory, leaving the floors not fully cleaned. Additionally, the air conditioner had an issue with its swing panel being detached, which caused a lot of noise during my stay--definitely not ideal for a peaceful night's rest. While the location is convenient for exploring Calangute, the overall experience fell short due to these service and maintenance issues.

We recently spent 6 days at De Grand Riviera, and while the location was excellent, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately, our bedsheets and pillowcases had noticeable stains, and the bathroom towels had a strong, unpleasant odor that made them difficult to use. The breakfast buffet was average in terms of taste. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness.

We stayed with family for 3 nights, a decent hotel at a prime location. Rooms were decent and clean, service was better, and we had breakfast which is also good. Only drawback is the swimming pool, which could have been maintained better and cable connection was on and off. Overall, a decent hotel to stay with family and friends.

We stayed here for 2 days. All over experience was good. Rooms are clean. Staffs are too supportive. Breakfast was too delicious.

Cleanliness in the rooms is a concerning thing and as it relates to services so, I think services could be better. About food, we always get delicious one... No doubt in that. Overall location is the best thing in staying here.
