The prime attribute of this establishment is its proximity to the beach. Conveniently located, it offers car parking facilities, albeit not within the property boundaries. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the service was consistently exceptional. Overall, the experience was highly worthwhile.

The location is the highlight point for this one. They're located a step to . They have great service also when it comes to room cleaning and providing extra required mattress. The rooms are not always available so try booking in advance.

It was a very nice experience. Staff manish bhai was very helpful and active. The rooms are big enough and very clean. Overall it was a great stay for 4 days.

The place and rooms were pretty good. It's super close to the beach, you can enjoy it anytime you want. The service could've been better. For the price, not everything was included during the time we were there. We had to ask for it, then they'd give it to us. But overall, it was pretty good.

I booked this hotel from booking.com app, while I arrived there at the hotel they just cancelled my booking without asking me, the reception guy said your rooms are booked, but we are cancelling from online(just to avoid paying commission to online app). When I asked the reason he didn't responded. I made booking for 3 nights, at the time i wanted to extend my stay duration for 1 more day, I contacted the owner and the hotel owner agreed at night for the extension and also told us the extra charges I had to pay, but suddenly in the morning at 9am she sent her staff to vacate the room immediately. The reception guy told me about the lady(owner) just because she got another guest ready to pay more money she asked you to vacate. I was helpless and they made me to vacate the hotel without even taking bath because her new customers where checking in at 11am. This was very unprofessional and rude behaviour by her. Also during my 4 days stay. Not even a single day any of the staff came to clean the room or even to collect the garbage bin. Not coming back again in sea steps hotel.

The staff was courteous and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!"*
