Calangute Beach Resort

God knows how this place operates, but this was by far the dirtiest room I've ever seen! The room was located near an open drainage area, infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. The bedsheet had visible stains, the fan was extremely filthy, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Despite paying 2,000 per night (in summers) , I had to vacate the room urgently due to the unhygienic conditions and the staff's careless attitude. The receptionist was extremely rude (way too arrogant). Please be cautious and think twice before booking a room here! I've attached photos as proof..

This is a worse property i have ever seen in my life. No standard. Rooms are like bathrooms and bathrooms are like gutter. Restaurant is of zero standard. They ruined us on online booking by showing beautiful pics but in practical it is like jail.

The best part of this hotel is beach is just 1 mins walking distance, rooms and food is average, ambiance would be better , as they need to use there hotel premises properly. Service is also average.. overall it's was good experience but it should be better compared to price we are paying

Amazing beach resort. Beach only 5 mins away from resort. Good staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Clean swimming pool and great to enjoy with family and friends. Only thing is that they should have a cancellation policy if customer wants to cancel by considering some cancellation charges. Everyone's situation is different. And they should respect customers.

This is good place for family. Few things to keep in mind 1. Smoking not allowed if you do. 2. Kitchen exhaust somehow throws all in corridor. So if you are pure vegetarian then be carefull. 3. No beer glass is provided if needed. 4. Also it's costly as compare to room size n utility. But this may be goa thing. Rest everything is good.

Best thing about is it's location and awesome food at its restaurant. Good place to enjoy with kids near by beach access. But don't visit beach shack as its very expensive and not worthy. Instead order from guest house ,its tasty and pocket friendly. Room service is lagging and not upto the mark as of its stature. Its running in little bit casual manner,with restaurant staff doing there best. Reception desk is not very responsive and you have to really put extra effort to get things work. book online preferably.

Nice facility. External look is not attractive as it is one of the oldest property in the area. Interiors are very nice and proportionate to the rent. It is located very near to Calangute Beach. We enjoyed the stay as well as their food. Staff are in general very polite and cooperative. Their trust worthinees deserves special mention.

Staff was not good, don't allow to drink on outside the swimming pool. If any guest complaint on you for drinks, staff will not allow to drink on premises areas....that was not good, then why should we come here???
