Bells Beach Resort Goa (A unit Resort De Balneaire)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bells beach resort in Goa, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ananya at the reception. Her friendly smile, courteous demeanor, and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and even offered helpful tips on local attractions. The hotel itself was stunning - clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. What truly stood out, though, was the impeccable service. Ananya and the entire staff were attentive and professional, making sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Bells beach resort to anyone visiting Goa. I can't wait to return!"

"I had a mixed experience at this resort . On the positive side, the beach location is beautiful and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. However, there were some downsides - our air conditioning was temperamental, housekeeping missed our room one day, and we found the prices at the restaurant to be quite high for what was offered. It's a decent place if you get a good deal."

We stayed here for two nights. The experience was okish. The room size was good. The check-in experience was also positive. The room however was not clean with wrappers left by the previous guests still under the bed. The shower was broken and the same was the case with the fan regulator. They did replace it upon informing them. Basic amenities like dental kit was provided on request. Upon requesting for water, we were informed that room service is available for a packed bottle. If you want regular water you will have to get it on your own. This is despite the fact that the staff is sitting ideal on their phone while informing you all this. Won't be on the places to stay list next time we visit.

This hotel doesn't deserve to be tagged as 4 star as rooms are in very poor condition. I would have loved to give them a 0 star review as these guys don't care abt their customers and only know ways to extract money from them. The service is so bad 4 days of stay and the room was cleaned only once and that also we had to ASK them TWICE. And no bedsheets were changed they just made the bed and that's it. I would say this was my worst hotel experience

Location wise the property is perfect. Room was smelly and all the furniture were damaged, but luckily bed was fine. Demanded for the room freshner but they didn't provided it. Even though following up with them didn't worked for me. Spent whole night with the smelly. Highly recommend to not to stay here in the price more than 2000 rupees.

Our stay at this hotel was truly awesome! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Traveling with my child, we needed hot milk multiple times a day, and they were always ready to assist--allowing me to simply bring the milk, and they'd heat it for us anytime. The room was impeccably clean, and the swimming pool was fantastic, providing a great experience. The food was another highlight--every day, there was a variety of new breakfast items, all of which were delicious. Another major plus is the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to Baga Beach and Calangute Beach. All the popular nearby attractions are just a short distance from the hotel. Connectivity is excellent, and the area feels very safe for families. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, cleanliness, convenient location, and amazing amenities. Highly recommend it for a relaxing family getaway!

1.This is 4 star property, but look like a 3 star 2.Bathroom, look like 2 Stars Hotel But bed and room good 3. we book room for 2 day , but Hotel management not add water and clean our room next day 4. you can find this type of rooms and hotel in cheap rate in Goa. I coming third tine in Goa, but I look. This is very expensive hotel according to Service and rooms.
