We stayed here in new year 2024. But had to post this review even though it's late. Bad experience. Rooms are too small to charge 5k per night. Dirty rooms, no maintenance. Insects. Constant water rolling from rooftop near the pool making the entrance of rooms shabby and dirty. Breakfast was even the saddest part. The food portion is not sufficient for 2. It says near to Calangute beach but had to walk for 1 km to beach and the route is also not safe for ladies at night. It's not on main road neither the route / way to beach is through any main area. It's the back side and you need to cross some bushy area at your own risk. The good reviews seema to be not aligned with actual experience and not genuine. No feel good factor avout this hotel. Staffs needs to be polite, humble and hospitable.

The location was incredibly convenient, with everything I needed- beaches, shopping, wine shops and self drive rental cabs- just a short distance away. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, offering exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities. If you're looking for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in North Goa or near around Calangute , I highly recommend this place!"

We recently had a stay at this hotel for 3 nights. See few reviews below from our stay. 1. Stay was overall okay as we had no major issues. Breakfast was not so good. 2. Property location is good as it is near to calangut beach and market. 3. During our stay we asked to changed the linen and towels but they have just cleaned that and not replaced with the fresh ones which is not at all good as even after asking they have not done the things. Even they have not replaced the towels during our 3 day stay.

One of the best resort I have came across in Goa. Food quality is awesome and service is very good. I stay with my friends in super deluxe pool view room. Mr Manoj and team did a fantastic work. Next time whenever I visit Goa I will stay here only.

One of the best Hotel/Resort I have came across in Goa. Staff is very much friendly and co-operative, Specially Manager Mr. Manoj. It is cosy with great vibes. Staff maintaining everything with neat and clean. Food quality and service both is very good. Couple gets their privacy and family and friends gets thier space. Most of the rooms are having Super deluxe pool view. Mr. Manoj and team did a fantastic work.
