Jasminn Hotel - AM Hotel Kollection

Our stay at Jasminn Hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks to their exceptional service and attention to detail. A special thanks to Tanmoy Chatterjee to help with this booking process. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest.|Dining at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. The food was outstanding, with a great mix of international and local dishes. Breakfast offered a wide variety, from fresh fruits to made-to-order omelets, and the dinner menu was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff specially Raj was so friendly and offered and every time prepared different food for my kid as per her need and taste.||We also used room service a few times, and it was consistently fast and reliable. The food arrived for my baby was always hot and fresh, and the staff always made sure We had everything We needed . Even late at night, they were courteous and efficient.||Overall, the level of service at Hotel Jasminn was top-tier. Every team member We encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. We will absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely disappointing - not a real 4-star hotel! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. First of all, the Wi-Fi connection is a disaster -- extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible to work or even scroll on your phone. The towels, although they seemed clean, had visible stains on them, which is simply unacceptable. The pillows were no better -- stained and gave off an unpleasant smell. The curtains were filthy and emitted a foul odor every time they moved. It was honestly nauseating. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud -- it sounded like an old generator running in the room. Sleeping peacefully was just not an option. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star standards. At best, it might qualify as a 3-star. I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

Wonderful experience staying at the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. The breakfast buffet(on weekends) caters to all taste buds. They have a huge platter served. Each building comes with a swimming pool. We got a free upgrade in room. The room size was huge with a big balcony and pool view. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I don't think we could have found picked a more peaceful place to stay. Surrounded by trees, with 2 lovely pools, very attentive staff and lovely food and cocktails. I loved sitting by the pool watching the birds, and just relaxing. The hotel were so helpful arranging taxis and a car for the day to take us shopping and sightseeing and a birthday cake. We could not have had better service.

Excellent service kind staff and peaceful location. Once again back from our wonderful peaceful stay at the Jasminn. We've been many times and the hotel was a bit busier this year but the staff with the guidance of a great manager Tanmoy is still my favourite holiday of the year. Our apartment was well looked after by Savio/Udglarsh they do a lovely job making sure we always had everything we needed thank you chaps. Chef was wonderful as usual having a nut allergy is no fun but he always, with the wonderful staff made sure it was not a problem. the hotel gardens are beautiful a real credit to Sarita and the team of gardeners. The security chaps are helpful and reception are always cheerful. Thank you also to the maintenance men who do a lot of work behind the scenes. The one thing we're all looking forward to is the new sun beds which arrived the day we left but looking forward to using the next year. Already booked next year can't wait to meet up with our fabulous holiday buddies. Thank you again Jasminn staff for a wonderful holiday.

Great hotel staff amazing 2 pools lovely gardens.Check in quick and easy 1hour transfer from the airport Rooms nice but do view the room before accepting it some rooms at ground floor level have very poor views. Room had kettle and brew stuff, fridge ,free safe, Tv with multiple channels rooms on 1st and second floors have nice views and good size balcony.||Restaurant on site (see my other post for more info about local restaurants) Bus to the beach hourly ||This hotel is in a quiet area restaurants are 20 -30 minutes walk away but there is a wine shop and convenience store over the road ,public bus to local town 1/2 hourly does not run Sunday ||A ideal hotel for a quiet relaxing stay

Fab hotel. Lovely comfortable beds and hot showers. Excellent staff who can't do enough for you. Tanmoy General Manager very helpful and visible. |Well kept grounds and pools just need a few more sun beds and umbrellas . Lovely breakfasts and great restaurant /room service. Overall a great hotel to stay with regular beach mini bus service.

We recently stayed at Hotel Jasminn and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. From the moment We arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and We were even upgraded to 1bhk suite room with a better view without asking. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. Tanmoy Chatterjee and Raj were very supportive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again with our family and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service.
