Immaculate apartment upstairs was very spacious and had everything we needed , even washing up liquid! Also a few coffee / tea sachets which came in handy.|We had 2 balconies, one for drying clothes and a sit out one which was very pleasant |The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly.|One little complaint, the bed was a tad firm.|20 minutes walk to the crossroads, but more restaurants are closer.|Venzy restaurant next door if you don't fancy walking |If I were going back to Benaulim I would like to stay here again

We had an apartment here, separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even a back garden. It was nice and comfortable. 10 min walk to beach and town center. Restaurants right next door. Host was lovely, area was safe and clean, parking inside the gates, Highly recommended

Our stay at Mistral Holidays was great. The rooms are very neat and clean. Kathleen hosted us during our stay. She is very friendly and helpful. Even though our check-in time was at 1 PM she agreed to check-in at 10 AM. We stayed in Mistral Holidays for 2 days and I wanted to extend for one more day but the property was fully occupied. Kathleen shifted us to their other brand new property Mistral By the Sea. It was a luxury one bed room apartment and she also gave us an additional discount for the extended stay with breakfast. The property is just 5 to 10 mins drive from beaches like Benaulim Beach and Colva Beach. There were also lot of restaurants within walkable distance. I strongly recommend this property

Pleased with our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and kitchen we'll equipped. The hosts we're friendly and helpful. Location is close to centre. Hospitality at its best.

The property is managed by Ms. Fernandes and she is a really sweet host. The resort is neat and clean and the rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. Overall a really comfortable stay for families and friends who want to stay by the beach side. It's in close proximity to the beach and is walkable.

We had booked a studio room and stayed here for couple of nights. The room that was alloted to us was extremely small without any balcony / sitout area. It would not be more than 12 x 10 feet with a queen sized bed in the middle, a large cupboard on one side and a small refrigerator (didn't look like it was being used and the plug was also out) plus a small table on the other side. The small room along with these things meant that there was hardly any space left to move inside the room let alone unpack / keep suitcases / bags etc. On top of this, the doors of the cupboard did not open fully due to lack of space and there were absolutely no racks inside (large vacant box with lots of spaces to hang overcoats in goa!!). There were mosquitos outside the room especially in the evening / night On the plus side the caretaker is extremely well mannered and they also let us check in early without too much fuss. The location is decent with trinity beach being a 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is present and internet speed is decent. The outside of the property is also well maintained and photogenic. There are other rooms in the property as well with balconies but not sure how they were alloted. For the prices they were charging, we were extremely disappointed with the size of the room that was provided.

Stayed here for a week in May 2023. Our stay here was very pleasant. Very well maintained place with clean kitchen, bathrooms. If you are looking for a peaceful stay ,away from the crowd, then this is the place to stay.Trinity Beach is a walk away and restaurants close by. Jasmine was a nice host!!

We express our gratitude towards Ms. Jasmine for arranging such a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and tidy. Even for Single bed suites, there is a common space for kitchen. Trinity Beach is 10 mins walk from the property. There are ample options for renting scooty/bike/taxi within 500 metres from the stay. Even restaurants and cafes are within a kilometre. The feather on the cap of Mistral holidays is it's well maintained Garden. We would love to stay in mistral holidays the next time we visit South Goa
