Margaritas Residency

Stayed here for two months, Jan/Feb '25 & what a lovely place it is. The owners were very friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean as was the communal areas. Martha, the owner took great pride with the cleanliness of the building and all the potted plants around the building were lovely to see & enjoy. Whilst the beach was a 45 minute walk it was pleasant walk along the quiet roads or alternatively a few minutes walk to the main road & buses passed frequently to Maria Hall, just 2 stops away costing 10 rupees each. Whilst we were there, we walked, caught the bus, hired pushbikes for 2 weeks and also used tuk tuks. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

We stayed at Margaritas Residency, Goa for 3 days during our recent trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and away from the city's hustle and bustle--perfect for those looking to relax in a calm environment. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and definitely worth the price, depending on whether you choose AC or non-AC. We had booked a non-AC room, and it was still very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with an induction stove, electric kettle, glasses, plates, and bowls--everything you might need for a convenient stay. The property is extremely clean, and the staff is polite and respectful. A special thanks to Mr. Dharmendra Rana, who was always available whenever we needed help. He is calm, helpful, and friendly, and made our stay even more pleasant with his warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Goa!

I had a fantastic experience at Margaritas Residency. The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect escape from the city. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials.The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and memorable experience. Only downfall is that the WIFI is really bad and the signal is not great, if you are a airtel user like myself. Apart from that everything else was comfy.Will definitely visit again.

My stay at Margerita Residency for three days and three nights was comfortable and homely. The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and equipped with reliable water facilities and all essential amenities. The space included a well-set-up kitchenette with an induction stove, kettle, fridge, and necessary utensils. The residence was beautifully decorated with pots filled with vibrant plants, creating a lovely ambiance. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and calm, with clean and quiet surroundings.

Place and room was good but the staff were the worst. Most of time they were not available at the reception desk Curtains were not there in the main room and everything was visible to the people from outside into our room. Ac was not working. They had one common RO purifier water outside the rooms which was irritating. People mentioned here that they got induction stoves in their rooms. We didn't get none. No induction stoves no gas nothing. When asked for induction stove that idiot receptionist said that we don't provide it to anyone here :), the staff was not at all co-operative. When asked for Room cleaning the staff said it happens every 3rd day, where our stay was for 3 nights. Overall a 2/5 experience for us.

The bedsheets are dirty, they are dark blue and not washed after guests left. They were never on the rooftop to dry and I got skin problems of the dirty bedsheets, not recommended.

I recently stayed at a beachside residency that exceeded my expectations. The location was stunning, just steps from the shore, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The nearby dining options offered a great mix of local cuisine. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for relaxation and enjoying the beach. Highly recommended!
