Excellent Stay Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at fortune resort benalium goa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, lawn, cafe, and restaurant, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We had a nice break from the time we stepped into the property..very polite front office staff ,the room was very comfortable & clean. Since it was our Wedding Anniversary we were surprised to see a lovely cake waiting for us.|The luscious gardens are a beauty to any nature lover. They have a great menu with variety to offer. We had their chicken Tikka n mutton rogan josh was excellent. The Breakfast next morning was a big spread equally delicious . A special mention and thanks to Mr Khan Manger. Mr Carlton Cardozo at zodiac redturant who was so attentive , Mr.Suraj Gaonkar the pool attendant and Ms Cifa for the cake.|Great place to stay at...!

We recently stayed at your esteemed hotel, and unfortunately, I would like to formally bring to your attention certain issues that did not meet my expectations. In-Room Service - Drinking Water Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to obtain drinking water in my room. I called several times to the hotel reception and in-room dining, first before going to bed and again in the morning, but my requests were not fulfilled. Ultimately, I had no choice but to boil tap water for consumption. While I hope the tap water is hygienic, the situation left me dehydrated and unable to sleep comfortably. Such a basic necessity should not have been neglected. Taxi Service and Driver Conduct I would also like to raise concerns regarding the taxi service arranged through the hotel. Firstly, the hotel should transparently publish the taxi tariff rates upfront to avoid any confusion. The rates charged by the Taxi Union outside the hotel appeared to be significantly higher than standard market rates. Moreover, the taxi driver assigned to us -- Mr. Jose Rodriguez (on the evening of 26th at 6 PM) -- behaved in an unprofessional manner. He was continuously engaged in a personal conversation over the phone throughout the drive from the hotel to Dabolim Airport, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the driver's attire -- shorts and a t-shirt -- was not appropriate for someone representing your hotel. A proper uniform and professional demeanor should be mandatory for service providers associated with the hotel. I hope you will treat this feedback with the seriousness it deserves. I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to improve guest service standards and transportation arrangements to ensure a better experience for future guests. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken in response to these concerns.

This is one of the best resort. It share the same beach as taj resort which is very calm and quiet place. Breakfast menu is good . Also they have a shack on beach which serves the best tandoori prawns and even other food items are also tasty. We asked for room upgrade and they did it . swimming pool is ok ok . But resort is big and a good one .

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Fortune Crown. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. ||Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Stay was pleasant in a quiet and peaceful location. The beach is just a short walk away (around 1 km). Food was good--especially breakfast but lunch and dinner buffets could use a bit more variety. Staff were friendly and polite. Overall, a good experience!

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern touches and a peaceful vibe ||One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast - a great spread with both Indian and continental options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared||The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone made sure I felt welcome and comfortable.

Pleasant stay. Peaceful ambience during our stay. Rooms service and laundry were good and staff were cooperative and courteous. Food was good and the manager in charge of the breakfast buffet constantly paid attention to the service being provided.
