Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim

Stayed for 8 nights in April. Location of hotel is excellent, very close to the beach. Staff very friendly & willing to help.|We had a pool facing room with a balcony. Housekeeping kept the room well stocked & very clean.|We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday. There was plenty of choice & the fresh to order selection was very good.We also sampled a couple of lunches & dinners which were of an equally high standard. There is also plenty of choice for restaurants in the village & also the beach shacks which are definitely worth a visit. |The pool is maintained very well. Special shout out to the security guy at the pool & the pool bar staff who did a fantastic job & made our holiday even more enjoyable. |Overall I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.

We had the most Amazing Holiday at Fairfield by Marriott @ Benaulim. We were travelling with Kids and senior citizens.. They made sure to take care of all our needs... The property is very kid Friendly with a lot of activities,play areas and yummy Food.. A Special Thank You to all of the Staff Members for making our trip even more comfortable with their courteous and Approachable Nature. Service - 10/10 FOOD - 10/10 Ambience - 10/10. Hotel Review - Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim|Stay Duration: 9th May 2025 to 12th May 2025|Booking ID: NH70234400383484|Rooms Booked: 3 Rooms||Hotel Experience:|Food Quality: The food was good in taste but lacked variety. Dinner options were limited and repeated across all three days. Breakfast also had the same items daily, which was disappointing.||Service & Location: The overall hotel service and staff were good. The location is peaceful, but if you're looking for a beachfront hotel, this is not the place. The beach is around a 10-minute walk, and while the hotel provides a shuttle service, it only runs until 7 PM.||Rooms & Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The overall ambiance of the hotel was nice.|||________________________________________________________________________________________________|________________________________________________________________________________________________|MakeMyTrip Review - Extremely Disappointing Experience||Misleading Information: At the time of booking, we selected 5 adults and 3 children for 3 rooms, but the final booking showed 8 adults, which caused confusion at the hotel check-in.||Meal Plan Miscommunication: We were shocked to learn at check-in that the included dinner was only for one room, not all three. This was a clear case of misguidance by MakeMyTrip. Thankfully, the hotel resolved the issue from their end.||Airport Transfer Issue: As per our booking package, we were supposed to get airport drop service. However, MakeMyTrip only arranged one vehicle for one room, meaning we had to pay extra for an additional car. This was never mentioned during the booking process.||Customer Service Failure: Despite making multiple calls to MakeMyTrip during the trip, we received no resolution. The customer care experience was extremely frustrating and unhelpful.||Final Advice: I strongly suggest avoiding MakeMyTrip for such bookings. Either go through a local travel agent or book directly with the hotel. MakeMyTrip is misleading, unreliable, and adds unnecessary stress to what should be a relaxing holiday.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are really small or compact in their language. There's a queen size bed in the rooms so if you are a family of 3, you will need an extra bed. And to add an extra bed you should opt for a room without a balcony or there won't be any space. Otherwise the resort is comfortable, the food is great- breakfast buffet has many kid friendly options. The dinner buffet has variety and everything was good. The beach is at a walking distance so if you don't want to walk, there is free of charge buggy provided by the hotel. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond. A heartfelt shoutout to Vaibhavi, whose dedication and hard-working attitude truly stood out. I saw her during dinner service, again early in the morning, and once more at brunch--always attentive and full of energy. Her commitment is truly commendable. Nikitta brought warmth and tact to every interaction. Her thoughtful approach made guests feel instantly comfortable, and her genuine care was felt in every conversation. Royston impressed with his positivity and quiet confidence. His calm and friendly presence added so much to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. And Madhura was incredibly helpful--not just in her own duties, but also in supporting her colleagues. Her teamwork and kindness did not go unnoticed. A great family friendly hotel with multiple activities to do on the resort itself. Beach is just 4 mins walk. Breakfast is above average. Our Room was pretty spacious. Property is well kept and is constantly cleaned. Overall pleasant stay in south Goa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairfield by Marriott, Benaulim and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel's environment was incredibly positive, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. The children's play area was nicely maintained to keep the little ones entertained. Swimming pool and baby pool were perfect. I'd like to extend a special mention to Sruti, who went out of her way to make my stay truly pleasant. Her exceptional service and warm demeanor made a significant difference to my overall experience. Additionally, I had the opportunity to indulge in a wonderful massage by Maya, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall, I highly recommend Fairfield by Marriott for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and amenities. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
