Disappointing Experience Due to Flat Owner Issues The location itself is lovely, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by problems created by the flat owners. Despite our initial excitement, we were unable to fully enjoy our trip and were forced to book an alternative hotel, which turned out to be a much better experience. Rating: 2/5 stars Would not recommend due to owner-related issues, but the location has potential.

Pros: 1. The hotel is in a good location. 2. Staff is friendly and helpful. 3. Swimming pool is big 4. Breakfast spread is just right Cons: Looks a bit old and needs maintenance of bathroom fittings and stuff.

Resort is neat and clean but old one. Also, they are not even having basic things. When asked for providing a 16A socket for charging my EV, the manager bluntly said NO. Also, although the dinning and housekeeping staff is good, rest of the staff is half educated and not much cooperative. Overall, I will not recommend this resort. Better to go with ITC's Fortune Resort in Banulim.

Despite charging a hefty amount, there is zero maintenance of the resort property and rooms. The taste of the food was not good. we had visited the same resort 3yrs back but the quality and maintenance since then has deteriorated a lot, not worth the price we are paying.

Only good thing is location Service is worst Architecture is very old styled. Paid 7k for 3bhk in modarate season.

It's a place to be if you are looking for affordable and quiet place to relax. Beach is two min walk and not crowded or commercialised like Baga or calangute beach. Neat rooms with basic amenities. View outside windows is of buildings nearby. The small restaurant within is good for home-style food. Breakfast menu is fixed and decent fare. Food served is freshly prepared. Staff is non- interfering and polite

Stayed here for 3D-2N, rooms were decent and clean for the price, Food was pretty decent as well, best was the swimming pool placed right in the middle of the resort, close to beach but can't go into the water as lifeguard won't allow hou because of safety. No WiFi, small rooms were some of the cons.

Good place but has a few restrictions. The extra sofa cum bed gives a bad experience as they are not evenly aligned, will get back ache if used. Better ask for a separate bed if more than two people in a room.
