Pele's Fisherman Village

Average beachfront property. Good for the price point, but there's too much power fluctuations & there's no power backup. No locker & intercom provided in the room. Every time a mobile number has to be called upon. With some improvements, this property can do very well.

Excellent location. The restaurant is sea facing and you can just walk in to the beach and enjoy an unending coastline. |Hotel rooms are comfortable. Staff is attentive and friendly. Place feels safe even for single travellers.|Restaurant offers a wide range menu and great cocktails. Great views from the restaurant. |Highlight of hotel is access to beach, bicycles, two wheelers n car rentals.

Must say it's a beautiful resort and the location is just a perfect one. We stayed for 4 nights in cottage. It's a recommended resort to everyone who needs a calm stay in vicinity to nature. Our host Ms. Paloma was very kind and arranged the stay for a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend others.

This place needs serious lessons of customer care. It appears that there basis to run the business is by cheating. They are not transparent in terms and conditions. When you question them about not informing on a certain aspect, you get a reply as 'miscommunication' or ' misunderstanding'. As you plan fully relying on what being told, you come here and get shock after a shock and since this is the only choice you have since you booked and planned everything, you start facing a series of disappointments. Only best thing about this hotel is it's location which is right on the beach. Rooms are okay, bathrooms does not have proper showers, does not mix hot and cold water properly, just one toilet role would be provided. I mean seriously, you are charging hefty amount per night and smaller necessity items, you could not replenish. Soap that they provide is a joke, it's the smallest soap you could get in the world, similar is the case for toothpaste. Towels bad. You do not have a view of a sea even if you are at sea facing room. They do not have a office to call or to ask for something, everything has to be through whatsapp messaging. Payment amount that they charge is like for a luxurious property, amenities and services, however reality is completely different. No microwave, they have gas stove with gas cylinder present but disconnected. If you are planning a trip with family, definitely this place is to be avoided. Payment scheme is direct through QR code and you do not get a receipt, asking for a receipt means adding more money (GST) to already charged high amount. This place is in need of serious service, transparency and fair customer practices and currently these are absent makes it a customer cheating business.
