Poonam Resort

This place is by far the worst place I've ever stayed! The walls were filled with stains and the entire room stinked! We were promised a garden view and when we opened the window it they used it to store waste equipment's. Just disgusting i really hope they do some serious work on their properties, coz now however it is it's not worth staying there! Oh also the washroom faucets were broken and no hot water

Nice place to stay if you are planning a trip to Goa. It is one of the most suitable places to explore North Goa. It is near anjuna beach. The resort has a pool in which you can swim. The staff is good . Food quality inside the resort is also good.

Location wise the property is at a perfect location and the rooms are quite spacious but not hygiene and also the charges on online platforms are different and in reception those are different almost 25-30% more than online .... And the staff person is too rude over there and doesn't even listen to what you wanna say and also there is a restaurant inside which is a little costly....and swimming pool...it looks good from a certain distance but it's not that clean and clear once you go inside the pool so please check the rates online first and then book it.

We were very, very disappointed with this place. We came as 2 couples for 3 nights and 3 days on a short vacay. We booked 2 non/ac rooms. The rooms were terribly run down. The furniture looked dated and dirty. The bed linen was also torn and had multiple stains all over. Basic amenities like water bottles, toilet rolls or even a simple dustbin were missing. The bathroom was pathetic! The interiors were dirty with grime, fungus and stains all over not to mention the taps were old and leaking all the time. Thankfully we had hot water to shower at the end of a long day! Even parking our car was a challenge since there was very less space to accomodate bigger vehicles other than bikes. We'll never make the mistake of booking this place ever again! The only positive was that the owner and management were friendly and accomodative. They even agreed to make a specific dish that we wanted with our ingredients in their kitchen. But was it worth Rs.1700 per night?!? Heck ,NO!!! Hard-pass for couples or families, imo. If you're spending a weekend away with your college buddies on a budget, then yes, by all means knock yourself out!

One of the best stays in the vagator . Just 150 m from the beach . Good rooms. Snehal on reception is very helpful. The swimming pool is also neat and clean .

Terrible experience. Attempted for offline booking, got offered double rate, compared to online, cold expressions and no willingness to warmly discuss with their potential guests. Booked offline, did not even got assistance with luggage. Room allocated at a corner, where next room was getting painted, dirty lobby and smelly rooms. Blankets were not washed since several visits as were smelly, got them changed. No privacy, room on ground floor, however no curtain on the window. People can peek in at night. Broken taps, and wildlife in the bathroom. Overall a Dharamshala is better, not sure why is it called a 'Resort'.

Poonam Village Resort in Anjuna, Goa, seems like an excellent choice for your beach vacation. The resort offers a comfortable stay with a nice ambiance, and its proximity to the beach is a major plus - it's just a 2-minute walk to Anjuna Beach 1.

The rooms are quite okay for the price point. The access to this place is also easy, it's near to the main road and approachable by vehicles. They have a swimming pool to chill around. If you need any rental vehicles, you don't have to run around and search they have their own rental vehicles. The Anjuna Beach is at the walking distance One thing I didn't like is the restaurant's service, they take an eternity to deliver your food. Other thing I didn't like is the service they provide, no daily room services and they don't even provide you drinking water until you ask them to. . Overall, a 6/10 .
