It's a good resort, not too expensive , food is good.. (Plus)- breakfast is complementary and also you get cocktail. The swimming pool is nice and clean. You can even order the beer, snacks by the pool. Altogether it's a good resort.

A good reasonable resort whe you can't book the better ones . The rooms are big but the breakfast is quite minimal. Foreigners are given more preference may be due to the tips that they get . Overall not a bad experience. It's very close to Tito's lane.

Worst ever hotel experience thr. It's not a resort. Its just like old government colony buildings whr 1bhk n 1 room r available. Changes rooms 2 times in stay. Without television n intercome. Gave that 1bhk room with all old fittings and infrastructure. Really worst experience.

Its nothing lyk a resort , i think it was some old society or college in which dy r providing accommodation, reception staff is rude and for the 1st tym i have seen a sharp check out at 10 am , breakfast is again not so good , pool is having a tym , its more of lyk rules n regulations , better to avoid this place .

This is a good beach property between candolim and sinqerim beach. Close to Aguda fort and coco beach. Nice and quiet place.
