Suhail is the only reason one should stay in this hotel otherwise rotten. Not one day i coumd have breakfast as no one comes before 10. No tea coffee ain the room. With agoda dia bnb is running a fraud . Shut this place down full of moisture and dirt. I didn not cane knly because suhail served me well as he was feeling bad.

Best Hotel in North Goa Near Anjuna Beach. And The Stuff Behaviour is Very Good and Rooms are also Clean and Clear All the Day

I booked this property in agoda wherein it was mentioned as "pay at the property",,then i received one mail asking me to deposit full booking amount in advance to block out rooms,,i contacted the property over chat and said that this wasn't mentioned in booking conditions, then he said I have to deposit atleast 50% of booking amount and he gave me a timeline,, basically this itself was against their own rules and Agoda rules. And when I checked my booking on 12.11.24, to my surprise it shows as "cancelled" by the property and it's showing status as "this booking was cancelled by you" i.e., Me !!!! And i am trying to contact Agoda customer care chat service which is not enabled at all for us to chat.... Pathetic, there people should be punished for deceiving visitors like this,,,no wonder why goa is loosing its charm

If you cannot book online, it's a little pricey as there is no food service within the hotel

Spent a delightful week at this property. One of the most comfortable, affordable and accessable stay options in Assagaon. The property is right on Anjuna Mapusa road making it very accessble to reach anywhere withing 10-15minutes. The rooms are well kept and the entire staff is really warm. Also the good is lovely, you wont get goan food but if you are tired of eating outside, you can always rely on their inhouse menu for some homely food. There is no range in rooms but the wifi does the job.

Worst experience worst service washroom door is broken AC not working we booked a package including breakfast now they are saying we don't have it. Worst part is there is no tea and coffee in morning

If you are looking for a budget room in goa with good facilities. I would recommend this home stay...staffs are so helpful and house keeping is also good. Perfect spot to stay because it's close to bags and anjuna... Staffs were supportive especially Nikhil Rathod...Kind person...

Pricy but the bed had bugs last time I visited. Didn't even get a refund.
