Excellent Experience! We recently stayed at Grand Vatika Resort Arambol and had an amazing experience. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Highlights: - The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. - The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. - The food was delicious, - The resort's amenities, including the pool, gym, and spa, We enjoyed the resort's ac perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Overall: Good and helpful Staff , well maintained resort, transparent billing. We would highly recommend Grand Vatika Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We can't wait to come back!

It was a great experience to stay at Grand Vatika Resort, Goa. The room was nice and spacious, it contained all the necessary amenities. The comfort of the room made the stay great. As per its name the whole premise was maintained with beautiful flowers and a variety of trees with fruits , which gave great feelings during the stay. Great hospitality shown by the staff. Room service was great. It also has a pool , gym area and spa.

Service was very good... We booked suite for family of four..so the room was quite good and it was clean also.. room service was also good .. regarding location it's bit inside ( not road touch ) . Food is good ( not great) consistency is not there.. one day you get average food another day you get the best.. ambiance is very good... Staff was also polite and co-operative. Need improvement in following Wifi connectivity.. number of TV channel ( I know most of the people don't watch) but for families it requires Chlorine level in water ( it's very high )

The worst stay ever. We never expected this in a resort. We travelled with our 6year old daughter who asked for a fresh Aloo prantha from chef vinod to which he blatantly denied. Even after raising the concern to upper management nothing happened. We waited till the breakfast timing was over so that we can order the same prantha in al-a-carte to which he made the prantha so spicy that even Adults can't have it. We specifically requested for a non spicy prantha yet to showcase his anger chef Vinod did this on purpose. ||Safety: The pool area has exposed wiring and hanging wires right above the water. I found this very dangerous and management ignorance on the same is astonishing. ||Cleanliness: Dining area in the restaurant is very filthy. Even the washrooms are very unhygienic. Our room had spider webs and leaking walls and roof. The owner of the property seems mising, the management is not interested in addressing the concerns of the guests.

This is truly a hidden gem in Goa. This place is not like how you see in their website or other pictures in-fact it is much more beautiful and well maintained to see in real. The rooms are so neat and clean. The atmosphere here is so soothing and calm. The property is near to the beach . We will definitely choose this place for our next stay as well.

First impressions of this resort will leave you in awe. This place is highly rated on MMT but I think that's clickbait. Don't come here expecting good hospitality. The staff is extremely non-cooperative. They will hustle every opportunity to make money out of you. The food is edible but your taste buds won't like it. They have time slots for complimentary breakfast but have limited options with nothing delicious and if you miss the slot even by couple of minutes, the staff will straight up refuse to serve and will charge you for the food. Pros: Well equipped and spacious wooden rooms Economical and budget friendly Surrounded by plenty of greenery if you like that stuff Cons: They take their guests for granted. The staff here is cocky and arrogant There's a polite way of saying NO to your customers, they're privy of this fact So to conclude, there's nothing Grand about Grand Vatika resort. You have ample options to stay in Goa, just don't stay here.

The hospitality at Grand Vatika deserves special mention--the staff went above and beyond to make our experience delightful. Their warm and professional service made us feel truly valued. The dining experience was another highlight. The variety of cuisines offered was impressive, and every dish was fresh and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the dish. The resort's amenities, including the amenities like pool, spa, or garden areas were fantastic.

Entrance of resort is through inclined narrow street. Staff is non-cooperative and is not at all hospitable and have a different type of attitude in them. Street dogs were roaming in this resort. Roof of toilet was leaking and toilet seats were broken. They do not provide plates near pool unless you order something from them. Bed sheets and stained and they do not even provide room service
