Room is fine not worth the cost, overpriced, pathetic WiFi cannot work from home, location is faar off from anything,maneger Mantosh and palak are Cheap mentality people and rude and pathetic and only money minded, not a man of words, he over charged and forces people for complete payment in advance!||Food is also pathetic! Never make payment in advance!he gulped 12-15k even for 3 days I didn't stayed, n refused to refund the amount! Also place is not safe for womens!

Horrible costumer service. Just Horrible. I stayed there for 5 months mostly because the internet data (airtel) in my room worked properly and im working online (Dont count on wifi its barely working).||||The hotel manager mantosh has 0% understanding in how to work with customers. For instance, 5 days before i left to israel he lied to me, saying that i had to move to another (freshly painted) room for painting (in the same day alert) and that my room is the last to be painted. I asked him to wait for few days so i can finish my staying there with my things organized and be able to host my friends, and moreover, i had camping in that day and cant move in such short alert. Then he said that the painters had to leave to delhi tomorrow. So i postpone the camping with my friends and worked for few hours to move everything, just to find out the same painters painting other rooms 2 days after.||His behavior and attitude brought so much frustration and bad feelings before i left india. Trust me, its not the kind of energy you want to be surrounded with while going to a vacation in arambol.
