The hotel is good but the location is not good, the beaches are too far, there is no mobile network at all in the rooms, the swimming pool is also very small, and the biggest bad thing is that room service is not available here, at the time of booking they say that everything is available but during the stay there is no service, there is no restaurant service also, you have to cook food yourself, even wash the utensils yourself. The manager does not even response , the behaviour of the manager is also very bad. Despite so many problems their prices are very high.

A Saviour in Our Time of Need - Exceptional Stay at Avontade After an exhausting 1200 km road trip with kids, we were devastated to find out that our MakeMyTrip booking was a bogus listing, leaving us stranded at 9 pm with no place to go. Despite it being peak season, MakeMyTrip failed to provide any alternatives. That's when we contacted Avontade, and Frazer truly became our savior. Understanding our predicament, he promptly arranged accommodation for us, turning our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The stay was absolutely wonderful - everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic, being close to Baga Beach and several other attractions. Also, this is a family friendly place. I can't thank Avontade enough for their hospitality and support during our difficult time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Perfect staycation for family ....... We are two families with two adolescents and two 5 year old daughters. Loved the property every bit , asthetic one , neatly maintained feel like living in a small Portuguese town. Owner of the property is too cool and friendly. Ten mins drive to vagator beach and anjuna. Rooms are very big , washrooms are too good too. Barbeque they have arranged here is very good must try . Pool side they would arrange - kids favourite was fresh sea prawn - garlic butter tossed was awesome. Chicken barbeque was good and fresh catch meckrel fish was amazing too. Tell at the reception they will send their chef to get fresh catch and prepare an excellent dinner for you. Pool is also big and clean. Love to visit this place again soon....

We had an incredible stay at Avontade Private Pool Suites from October 23rd to 27th in Villa No. 2, a spacious 2BHK with a private pool. Pros: 1) Amazing Pool Area: The pool area is fantastic, with a good length and a covered space to sit around and chill. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene environment. 2) Polite Staff: The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. 3) Flexible Chef: The chef was very accommodating, allowing us to customize our food as per our preferences. This added a personal touch to our dining experience. 4) Smooth Check-out: The hotel manager was efficient and returned our 5k security deposit without any hassle at check-out. 5) Reliable Car Rental: They recommended a car rental person who was excellent. Unlike many others in Goa, he didn't try to overcharge us for minor scratches. It was a hassle-free experience. 6) Convenient Deliveries: Having Swiggy and Blinkit available at the property was a great advantage, making it easy to get anything we needed. Cons: 1) Food Pieces Quality: The paneer and chicken pieces were a bit hard when we ordered paneer masala and butter chicken, although the gravy for both dishes was amazing. 2) Limited Menu: The menu could use some expansion to offer more variety.

The owner Mr. Frazer is an amazing host. For those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday this is a perfect getaway. Hygiene is topmost, food is very Goan and freshly cooked. All in all it's a must visit place and value for money.

Awesome option for families with kids and want to cook their own food. The rooms are spacious and private pool is the main attraction. The service is good, and the service manager was very helpful. The wi-fi was good and most importantly the generator worked when there was power cut. However, the bed needs to be harder and need more options on the breakfast.

The property is fantastic. My family loved the villa. The rustic finish to the walls and the personal swimming pool are awesome. The service is spot on with not only house keeping, but also the manage4s veign a call away at any time of the day or night. The restaurant has limited dishes but they're all good enough. Right from my 8 year old daughter to my 66 year old mother, all of us loved the stay. I might check in again in a few days.
