Raffles The Palm Dubai

The suite I stayed in was incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. I was celebrating an anniversary with my partner, and I truly appreciated all the small touches from the amenities to the bedding--that made the occasion even more special. The housekeeping team was wonderfully helpful, as were the bellman, the pool and beach team, and the staff at the Japanese restaurant. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this a truly memorable stay. I'll definitely be back. The breakfast was excellent too

Got a nice signature suite overlooking the palm, great room with lots of benefits imcluding free breakfast in the raffles club on. The 6th floor and high tea. Along with cocktails from 5-7pm the staff on the lounge were all great, excellent service and very friendly. Special mention for our housekeeping man RAHAN, very helpful and kept us stocked up with water and was very helpful to us during our stay. A lovely Italian Restaraunt on the beach as well, ate there a couple of times again great staff and the food was really good. All around 5 star, can't fault anythong

We went for afternoon tea and wow! |It has to be the best afternoon tea we have ever had. The hotel is stunning, and the atmosphere was lovely with a pianist playing in the background. The selection of cakes was just amazing and all tasted great. Large selection of specialist teas or coffee, with unlimited refills. The staff (Hannah and Liz) looked after us so well, and they were very happy, friendly, and professional. |We would highly recommend Raffles for afternoon tea.

I recently stayed at Raffles The Palm in Dubai and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel's interior design is nothing short of royal--elegant, luxurious, and truly stunning. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the property. The food was top-quality, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. What really stood out was the staff--they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. It offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere in a truly luxurious setting.

Hotel is magnificent with a lovely outlook. The beach and pool area is relaxing. Wifi works across the entire area including the beach. The room we were finally in was spacious which adds to the holiday feel. Our only upset to this stopover from UK back to Australia was the wait for our room on the first day. The first room, we were given, a suite was not idyllic. It had stairs with no bathroom upstairs. Neither my husband nor I felt comfortable walking up and down twisty stairs at night. Unfortunately it took all day for the other room. Although we used the room and went for a swim we couldn't unpack and relax, somewhat ruining the first day. Breakfast is a feast, plenty of choices. |Atif, our butler from executive services was brilliant and accommodating to any needs.

Just back from a 5 night stay at Raffles on the Palm and can highly recommend it. The hotel is only a few years only and beautifully looked after and the service was outstanding.||We stayed in a Club room which included a lovely breakfast, afternoon tea with a complementary drink and canapes from 5 til 7 which included unlimited drinks from a limited menu. ||The team in the Raffles club made us feel especially welcome and I would like to give Paul a shout out for going the extra mile.||The only slight negative was how busy it got during the weekend but I am picking at straws here.||A great hotel in a great location.

I am in Dubai as part of the family celebrating a Wedding Engagement Ceremony. I'm really blown away by the size of this hotel and its impeccable upkeep. The rooms are big,well maintained and come with balconies. Food selection is awesome. The linen are top quality. The group check-in process could have been better. Housekeeping of my room by Ms.Imelda was top notch. Would defenitely choose this hotel for my next holiday in Dubai. Very impressive.

I had a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive especially Karina, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, and the entire property was immaculate. The dining options were fantastic, and the views were breathtaking. Every detail was taken care of, making the experience truly memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Thnank you all
