Rixos Premium Dubai JBR

Stayed at Rixos Premium Dubai and had a fantastic experience! The rooms are incredibly spacious, modern, and spotless--pure luxury. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and top attractions. We had a stunning sunset view from the pool, which made the evenings even more special. The buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai! My only recommendation would be having free water around the pool. We will be returning to this hotel in the future

I had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium JBR! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was super clean and well taken care of. The food, the beach, the pool - everything was top-notch. What really stood out though was the service, especially from the manager, Bibin. He was so friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. It's rare to meet a manager who's so hands-on and involved. Thanks to Bibin and the whole team for making our stay so special. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay at the Rixos Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and professionally handled. The check-in process was quick, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall room design reflected high-quality standards. We especially appreciated the small touches like fresh fruit and daily housekeeping that made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal, catering to all dietary preferences. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The wellness area was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The spa treatments were professional, and the gym was fully equipped with up-to-date machines. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a great experience. Overall, Rixos Hotel delivers exactly what you'd expect from a luxury hotel - comfort, quality, and top-tier service. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless hotel experience.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was out of this world and catered for absolutely everyone. My only issue ( and I say this with the upmost respect) is that the hotel is based next to a mosque and at 4am every morning you can hear the morning prayer call. I didn't think this would have been an issue on the 31 floor but unfortunately it was. In saying this, the location was on point and if I had a choice to stay here again, I would. I would just recommend to get some decent earplugs.

We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and our travel agent. Initially, we booked for three nights, but everything was so amazing that we decided to extend our stay for another night. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was full of positive energy, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, she assisted us with any questions and everything we needed. The breakfast was simply outstanding--delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The pool area was fantastic, with excellent service from the staff. The pool beds were comfortable, the beach service was exceptional, and the food at the pool bar was absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious and spotless, cleaned twice a day, with a constant supply of fresh water and coffee. Ivan from the service team was always available and assisted with anything we needed. The hotel's location is perfect--right on the beachfront with a private beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The Marina Mall is also within walking distance. Without a doubt, this was an exceptional vacation, and we can't wait to come back!

The staff was AMAZING! My family and are travelling a lot and we rarely have this level of kindness, attention of our wellbeing! I can only recommend this hotel 100000%. The room was super clean. The breakfast with a choice I never seen. You make us happy. Thank you for your kindness. We will come back

The Premium Two Bedroom Suite has a dreamlike view to lots of spectacular sights around the palm. You have to see that with your own eys. Our familiy with 4 kids had enough space in that suite and enjoy everything the hotel offers. Great food, very friendly employee in all ares inside the hotel and outside at the pools. Mrs. Sachini made up our suite every day - after the 4 kids played in - and it looks like we are the first users of that suite. The sand and the sea is beautifull. We already booked our next stay in Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. CU soon :-)

This was our first stay here and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is extremely clean, the food selection is good, all of the staff are extremely welcoming and always available to help. You do need to be up early to secure a sun lounger - on our first day we went down at 0900 and there were none left, however this wasn't an issue on the days we got up earlier. Thank you to Zar in housekeeping for being so friendly and attentive! We would definitely return to this hotel.
