My stay at 25hours Hotel was genuinely impressive, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel itself is very clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. Every detail--from the valet service to luggage assistance, housekeeping, and room amenities--was handled with professionalism and care. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One thing I want to highlight is the overall quality of service. Almost every interaction I had was smooth and pleasant. I did have a less-than-ideal experience with someone at the reception named Loise, and while I won't go into too much detail, I believe honest feedback includes both the good and the areas for improvement. On a positive note, there was someone named Bakr--I believe he may be the hotel manager--who stood out with his kindness, professionalism, and genuinely helpful attitude. He made a great impression and truly elevated the experience. That said, the small issue I faced didn't take away from the overall quality of the stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines style, cleanliness, and excellent service. I'd be happy to come back again.

While I didn't try many of the amenities, the overall experience for my purpose--quiet, focused self-work--was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to digital nomads, introverts, or anyone seeking a peaceful break from the usual hustle and bustle of city life.

Thank u to Zakria Ziko for concierge .he is amazing and always smile in he's face he was incredible man.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect--close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic service, stylish and spotless rooms, and a perfect location near shops and restaurants. Mike was especially welcoming and made me feel right at home. The only downside was the street noise at all times--light sleepers might want to request a quieter room. Still highly recommend!
