Excellent Stay at Dusit Thani Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and professional welcome. Sohail at the main door greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel truly valued. The check-in process was smooth with no time wasted, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable--exactly what you'd expect from a top-class hotel. Overall, a great experience with efficient service and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended.

I recently attended a professional conference at Dusit Thani Dubai, and while the location and accessibility were convenient, my overall experience left much to be desired. As someone who values cleanliness and professionalism, especially in a reputed five-star hotel, I was quite disappointed with certain aspects of the venue. To begin with, the lobby area was not well maintained. Upon arrival, I noticed stained seating areas and dusty surfaces, which created a poor first impression. For a hotel that regularly hosts conferences and corporate events, the lobby should reflect a standard of cleanliness and hospitality consistent with its rating. The conference hall itself was reasonably arranged and met basic expectations. The audiovisual setup and seating were adequate for the purpose. However, what significantly brought down the experience was the condition of the washroom facilities. The men's restroom near the conference venue was in poor shape--urinals were not clean and there was a strong, persistent odor that made it uncomfortable to use. It seemed there was a lack of regular monitoring and maintenance during the event, which is unacceptable for a property of this stature. Clean and hygienic washrooms are a basic necessity, especially in a setting where guests are spending several hours. The lack of attention to such essential details reflects poorly on the hotel's management and operations. Overall, while the conference hall served its function, the subpar hygiene and general upkeep detracted from what could have been a far more pleasant and professional experience.

Rooms can be improved specifically the carpet which looks worn. But the sheets and the room are clean. Breakfast is good and the service here is fantastic. From our checkin, the front office staff is super pleasant and they gave us a congratulatory cake for my partner who got awarded for the event. The breakfast team was fabulous, everyone is checking on us if we are having a great time or if there's anything we need at the table. Such a wow hospitality!

In March 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our company's Iftar party at Dusit Thani Hotel. It was a time of celebration, filled with moments of gratitude. The event took place on the night of March 21, 2025, coinciding with Arabic Mother's Day in the UAE. It was a special occasion to recognize and honor the mothers in our group, while also reflecting on the mothers in our families. This celebration would not have been possible without the exceptional support of the team at Dusit Thani. From start to finish, Miss Eileen was our Superstar, handling every detail of the arrangements with ease and dedication. A beautiful surprise and brief program were prepared for our birthday celebrant, Ms. Manilyn. Thanks to the help of Vijay and Dildar in the meeting room, everything we needed was promptly taken care of. Of course, one of the highlights of the evening was the dinner buffet on the 24th floor. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service at Benjarong Restaurant was impeccable. Dipesh, Thein, Lloyd, and Z made sure we were well taken care of, attending to every detail with exceptional service. This experience will always be remembered as one of the best we've had. I recently had a good experience at the Dusit Thani hotel in Dubai. The accommodations were impressive; my room was clean, and the cleaning staff maintained a thorough and regular schedule, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal, offering great views of downtown Dubai and the iconic Dubai Mall, as it is conveniently situated near the Museum of the Future and the mall itself. What distinguished my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Each member went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt welcome and well taken care of. Nova, a talented stylist at the on-site salon, gave me an outstanding pedicure. Junaid was incredibly knowledgeable, offering valuable advice on local tours and attractions. Mr. Shamim was always available and eager to assist with any requests. Additionally, Rocky and Shakhawat made sure to see us off at the end of our stay, leaving us with a pleasant farewell experience. The overall friendliness of the other staff members contributed to making my visit truly memorable.

Rathish's exceptional service was evident in every interaction. He's a young man with a pleasant demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a humble attitude that makes him a joy to be around. His professionalism is top-notch, and he takes pride in his work, always ensuring that every detail is taken care of. What impressed us most about Rathish was his willingness to go the extra mile. He consistently delivered outstanding service, making sure our room was clean, tidy, and stocked with everything we needed. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are qualities that set him apart from others in his role. But Rathish was just one example of the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The concierge team was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The doorman was always courteous and welcoming, ensuring our arrivals and departures were smooth and hassle-free. The front office staff were efficient, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The culinary team, including the chefs, servers, and bakers, were truly exceptional. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really made our stay special was the staff on the pool deck (PD) level, where we spent many relaxing hours by the pool and in the gym. The team was friendly, attentive, and ensured that our every need was met. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city. And speaking of views, our room had a breathtaking panorama of the city, with the iconic Burj Khalifa and beautiful skyscrapers right outside our window. Waking up to this stunning view every morning was truly unforgettable. The ambience of the entire hotel was elegant and sophisticated, with a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional charm. We've been raving about the Dusit Thani Dubai to all our friends and family, and some are already planning to stay there next year. We can't wait to return and experience the hotel's exceptional hospitality once again.

Wait for the full experience, just arrived. - Good location. - Go a green hotel. - I've asked for renovated rooms! And reception said no new rooms in this hotel. Only one<<< room renovated!! And I knew from a fried she stayed and told me that there are some floors with new rooms - Room phone not working, and they fix it twice. - Room service fast and helpful. Anytime I contact them, they bring it right away. - concierge very helpful, all if the staff in the concierge are sooooo kind and offer to help anytime any shift. I go directly for them for any inquiries - Good varieties in the breakfast. Service is excellent. - Top roof the swimming pool and gym. Small pool. The whole hotel needs to be renovated.
