Nice and cost effective hotel in Dubai. Excellent location which means you can go to Burj Khalifa by walk. Staffs are kind, when I arrive to this hotel, they immediately give you a welcome water, that is a bonus. Breakfast is nice as a 4 star hotel standard. There is also a mall inside the hotel. But I don't know why their room has one staircase between bedroom and toilet, you need to bear in mind if you go to toilet without lighting. And the sound insulation of their room is not very well. You can clearly hear someone is chatting or walking in the corridor outside the room. Anyway, this hotel is still worth recommendation.

Very good! Everything I needed was in hand, and the hotel facilities were kept in good shape and neat. The supermarket nearby was very helpful and the close to burj halifa metro station, which is very convinient. Definitely will recommend to stay here!

I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is located 200 meters away from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station. My room was spotless, and the bed was big and super comfy. The breakfast buffet was abundant; you can also ask for special dishes if they're not included in the buffet. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always polite and friendly!

The first look I didn't like, especially from outside but really cozy , friendly hotel with perfect location, the room big and nice . There is metro station (Dubai mall) near and supermarket and small shops just two steps from the hotel. Really recommend if you come to Dubai for shopping or business. It's will be perfect choice.

One of the best stays I've ever had while traveling! This hotel has set the standard for all my future stays. We arrived early and were offered a complimentary early check-in and a free upgrade. The room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible downtown view! The hotel also has direct access to a shopping mall, so you can get everything you need under one roof, and there are laundry stations available, which we happily took advantage of. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff - always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely making you feel cared for. I would absolutely come back!

Very nice decent hotel. Staff are all very friendly. Particularly, the receptionist, Mustafa helped us a lot and took even immediate care of mineral water, when we were very thirsty, even though it was late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality.

holiday started badly for us because of the booking.com. But all of the reception in this beautiful hotel especially Resit, Sara, Hamed was very kind to us and they helped us like we are their family. thanks a lot. we felt like we are in home. Also riyas and the other were kind and helpful to us, too.
