Seven Seas Hotel Dubai

I had the best experience in Dubai, and a huge part of that was thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, and it made my stay truly memorable.||A special thanks goes to Gopal, whose behavior and cooperation stood out throughout my visit. He was incredibly well-mannered, respectful, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was offering assistance or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Gopal's dedication and warmth made a lasting impression.||It's rare to come across staff who genuinely care, and I am very thankful for the entire team for making my time in Dubai so enjoyable. The excellent service and friendly environment made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for top-tier service and amazing staff. I recently stayed at the Seven Seas Hotel in Dubai, room 1315, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. A special thanks to Akalanka, who was very dedicated and attentive--he ensured everything was perfect and all my needs were met promptly. While the stay was comfortable, there are a few points worth mentioning. The furniture in the room looked slightly old, and instead of an access card, I had to carry a traditional key, which was a bit inconvenient. The jacuzzi was also under maintenance, which was disappointing. The location of the hotel is slightly far from the city center, so it may require some travel time if you're planning to explore major attractions or do business downtown. However, if you're looking for a quieter stay, it might actually be a plus. One standout experience was at the men's salon--the service was exceptional, and the stylist gave me a fresh, stylish look like never before. All in all, despite a few minor issues, my stay in room 1315 was pleasant, mainly thanks to the excellent hospitality and service.

At first I wasn't sure if that was the sound but after a call down to reception they confirmed it was and they would ask them to stop. This is not the worker's fault, I'm presuming they're doing what they're being asked but this was a result of poor time management from management.||2. On our 2nd night we returned at 11pm to find that the bidet pipe had been leaking and water had leaked from the toilet section to the whole bathroom. See video. We called reception who did immediately send someone to clean up and "fix" it. He "fixed" it by tightening the pipe with his hand. My husband explained that he'll need a spanner to tighten it properly to ensure it won't loosen again. However the employee insisted that he has hand tightened all pipes by hand and they're fine. My husband was not impressed as he is in the trade himself and stated this was poor workmanship. We then asked management if we could switch rooms as we weren't happy with the "fix". Management said they'd upgrade us and then find us a room. We waited over an hour and we heard nothing back from reception staff, so my husband went downstairs and they explained that they're computers were glitching, hence no communication. By now it was half 12 and we didn't know if were were staying in the room or not. At 1 am, my husband rang for an update and they showed us a room which they classed as an "upgrade". The room was a lot smaller than our current room, therefore he politely declined. Management said they would provide us with a better room tomorrow as some guest were expected to leave. We never received further communication from reception staff about the upgrade after this at all. We remained in our initial room and no further communication from management.||3. The hotel has valet, these gentlemen were actually great. Helped us a few times with directions etc. Especially Arshad, he is definitely a saving grace on our trip. However, on multiple days the car park (basement) was full and they didn't have enough parking spaces for the amount of guests they had. Particularly since most of the car park is full of broken furniture. Even parking outside the hotel one night was impossible. I think there needs to be better management or guidance for employees on what to do in such circumstances. However Arshad did kindly arrange for our car to be parked elsewhere and then parked it into the basement when a slot was available. Thank you.||4. There was a function in the hotel one of the nights and loud music was blasted til atleast 3 am on one of those nights. At this point we knew we'd never stay here again or recommend.||5. I saw online the hotel had a pool, we messaged the hotel to query it's location as we were out. Message was sent to the WhatsApp chat on official website. It was ignored. I messaged a sarcastic response saying 'thanks for answering" and this was also just read and ignored. See screenshot.||6. One of the nights the alarm went off at 11pm, we were unsure of what the alarm was before so we called reception and they told us it was due to a hotel guest smoking in their room. However the alarm went off na further 2 times until 1am.||Cleaning team was good and kind, they kindly gave us extra towels when requested.|Breakfast is mediocre, but you do get variety.|There is a barbers inside and he was really friendly, gave my husband ideas for attractions.||Just a heads up for those who haven't visited Dubai before, some hotels charge a tourist tax and this one does. This is an additional cost.||Hotel looks out onto a road. So view is not much.||General staff were always friendly and did help carry our bags as we left. But no one asked how our visit was going at any point. I felt they knew it has gone bad when the pipe leaked and left it as that and did not try to rectify it.||For those who are unsure of the hotels location. It is approximately a 40min drive from JBR with Dubai traffic. This can be longer when traffic is heavier.

Dear Seven Seas Hotel and Team, I wanted to share my feedback on the hotel stay during our Dubai trip. The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff was courteous and responsive, and the daily breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you for the excellent arrangement.

My friends and I stayed here for a week and it was very pleasant. Immediately upon entry the staff greeted us and took our bags. Check in was quick and we were brought up with our luggage within 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a outlet adapter in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful every time we spoke or needed assistance. They have a pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room upstairs. There are also a couple restaurants with good food and shisha. Overall we had a great experience for the week we were here and would recommend for a fairly priced stay in Dubai.

It's horror staying in this hotel. A primitive and dated hotel with a room opening by a key, not by the card. Booked an EXECUTIVE SUITE but to my shock it was one of the dirtiest room ever stayed in any hotel. Damp walls, dirty carpet, old furniture, broken fridge and many more. Any services requested which was either never attended or if attended then multiple calls. This hotel is using paid services of celebrities to promote as if it is the top most hotel in Dubai by this they can fool once but second time there will not be a repeat customer. Half of the things are non operational e.g., Delhi 6 restaurant which is empty with no staff inside. In advertisement they have portrait it as one of the best restaurant. It's non operational Chachu chai is non operational and advertisement shows that it's one of the best Tea outlet. Went for the breakfast, the restaurant named SALT where breakfast is served is highly dinghy and cramped with limited spread. Don't know how to make a purie, omelet. Saw few guests carrying items in good quantities in the room & no one objecting to it. Before closing they didn't bothered to inform the guests that they are soon closing. Came out without having the breakfast which was included in the room tariff. Advertisement shows that the breakfast is glamorous but it's totally different. Anyone planning to stay in this hotel, think twice otherwise you will be cheated and repent later on. I was to stay for a long but due to these issues I checked out in one day and shifted to another hotel. Wasted my money and time and instead of relaxing I got tensions. Horrible, pathetic, scammed and cheaters. This way this hotel will shut down soon.

I've yet to stay at the Seven Seas hotel but I've had a very positive experience with senior management. Ms Gupta is exceptionally helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The hotel's facilities are vastly superior to those of other hotels in the area. Food options were impressive. Location is very convenient given proximity to the airport.
