Vida Creek Beach

This location, this hotel was truly very pleasant. It has a very, very good location. It's a bit off the city center, but still very central. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is exactly the right place for you. This hotel stands out for its friendliness and warmth. You walk in and immediately feel at home. There is a very rich breakfast buffet. The half-board dinner could be a bit more varied in the evenings. The rooms are spacious enough and have very comfortable furnishings. Unfortunately, there is only one German TV channel - RTL. That could definitely be improved. Other than that, I would say this hotel is 100% recommendable. Sarah at the reception is really, really friendly. I would come back here anytime and am already considering spending my next vacation here again. But also Ibrahim from the reception is a very friendly and helpful man. On the day I checked in--it was already nighttime--he explained the hotel to me in great detail, showed me where to eat, and gave me some valuable tips. He is always friendly, open-minded, and very helpful. Thank you for that. The beach at the hotel definitely deserves a special mention. There are two pools: a slightly smaller, higher-elevated pool and a pool that has been built into the lagoon, a so-called beach pool. This one is very, very beautiful and quite large. The only thing missing is a bit of shade. There could be more sun umbrellas. It would also be nice to have a separation between the children's area and the adult area. Apart from that, the service at the swim-up bar is not the best, but eventually, with some patience, you do get your drink. All in all, it's a very beautiful area, with some room for improvement

I had a great stay at this hotel in Dubai. The service overall was excellent -- the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The food was also a highlight: fresh, well-prepared, and with a nice variety every day. I would especially like to thank Muhammad Mujtaba , who made my stay even more pleasant. They were extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. Their positive energy and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Vida Creek Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect -- not a single thing bothered us throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially want to mention Charles, who made our experience even more special. He greeted us warmly, gave us helpful instructions, and made us feel right at home -- we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was simply fantastic - very quiet, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We'd especially like to mention Samjhana, our housekeeping staff. She was extremely thorough, attentive, and made sure our room was spotless every day - thank you so much! Mustafa, the lifeguard at the pool, was also outstanding - always cheerful, friendly, and very alert. We felt completely safe and welcome with him around. Last but not least, Sara at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. No matter what we needed, she was there with a smile and a solution. A big thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay - we'd love to come back!

My experience of staying here for four nights has been exceptional. All of the staff that I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. Shout outs to Kamrul, the reception staff, the friendly guys in the courtyard, including Hafez, the room attendant and Mustafa at the pool. Breakfast offers a massive array of enticing food to set you up for the day, the surroundings are spotlessly clean, the pool areas are really great, although I was here on my own without family and kids. My room 302 was excellent and comfortable and very clean. Let's be clear: This isn't Downtown Dubai or the popular Palm beach area, but there is a real family community in the Creek and my balcony faced the pool and foot bridge which was wonderfully lit up in the evening. The courtyard is a cool place to sit and work, and there was a buzz with guests and visitors chatting and watching the Liverpool v Arsenal match. I often ask myself: would I stay there again if I returned? The answer is Yes, definitely.

Excellent hotels with excellent service and personnel. A room the suite was very spacious and accommodating. We were overall very satisfied with checking in and check out. Also, the staff was very forthcoming at the reception and especially the valet service. The breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Dinner was very tasty and a true surprise for us. We love the Greek Harbor area and will come again. Thank you very much to the staff and hotel crew.

I had a beautiful stay at Vida Creek Beach Hotel. The hotel is elegant, beautiful and everything was spotless. The beach lagoon was absolutely fantastic--beautifully designed, clean, and so relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The service from the staff was top-notch, everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Also, the breakfast buffet was impressive. Will be happy to share and recommend.
