I had the pleasure of visiting the hotel's play area during our recent stay, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The space was bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with various age-appropriate toys, soft play structures, and creative corners to keep the kids engaged for hours. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the presence of a wonderful woman who was helping out with the children. She was warm, attentive, and clearly experienced with little ones. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed the kids with a friendly smile and encouraged them to join the activities. Whether it was guiding them through crafts, reading stories, or supervising playtime, she was incredibly patient and made each child feel comfortable and included. Her presence not only gave the kids a fun and safe environment but also allowed parents to relax knowing someone caring and competent was keeping an eye on things. It added a personal, thoughtful touch to the experience that you don't often find. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with children. The play area alone is a gem, and the added support from such a kind staff member made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Great welcoming staff! As soon as you walk in, the calm atmosphere and amazing scent in the lobby set the tone. Dubai can be hectic, but this place feels like a peaceful escape. Rooms are very well maintained--hopefully they keep it up as the hotel is still fairly new. Highly recommend!

It was an unforgettable vacation! The hotel was amazing, especially the pool with a view of the city. Everything was very clean, and the food was delicious. Stay just as you are I highly recommend staying at this hotel--it's fantastic! Modern, clean, and beautifully infused with touches of Arabic culture in a contemporary setting. I will definitely try to come back here Dubai Mall is just 15 minutes away by taxi, and there are plenty of restaurants, a market, a pharmacy, and a currency exchange nearby--only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Their restaurant is also amazing The view is absolutely stunning Everyone is polite, responsive, friendly, and caring Thank you so much, and wishing you prosperity!

Location is very good at creek island where you can stay and relax away from city noise. The hotel is ideal to Palace downtown with same decoration. The check in process was very fast. Room was big with modern furniture and equipped with all required amenities. Room service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was hot water inside shower as it wasn't available. Only warm water. Price is very competitive and attractive compared with luxury stay

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for about two weeks. I highly recommend it, as the food and service exceeded all expectations. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely return. The central location in Creek means you can get anywhere quickly. I would also like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff at the reception desk. The two ladies, Sarah and Khushboo, did an exceptionally good and dedicated job. These two ladies definitely need to be promoted.

This hotel is very good for enjoying holidays. The breakfast is very tasteful. The staff here are very nice and friendly. They really give help to us wherever we are in need. I must come again when arriving Dubai. If you want to have an unforgettable experience, you need to come once at least in your life. Besides, the staff Miss khushboo is the most nice one I met here.
