Amazing little hotel , feels so tranquil in the middle of a bustling neighbourhood . Our room was right above the traffic lights (large intersection ) and we expected it to be noisy . Not at all , once windows were shut that was it, peace and quiet . We wouldn't expect New York city centre to be quiet so did not expect Dubai and this Jumeirah location to be a wellness resort spot and thank god it was full of life as soon as we stepped out . |Towel changes everyday if you wished is available , so are fluffy and clean and nice smelling beach towels (+umbrellas) .|The restaurant downstairs is fantastic ,home made pasta and sourdough bread made in house to die for ! |Service is 5* , truly impeccable as was the cleanliness . ||Special thanks to Prabhu, Sawroop and the kindest soul Samara .||Highly recommended hotel and location, amazing value for money !

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Walk Boutique Hotel in Dubai from March 31 to April 10, 2025. The hotel is cozy and compact, conveniently located just 50-100 meters away from the public beaches. The hotel staff kindly provides guests with complimentary beach umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels, which can be refreshed daily. On the rooftop, there is a small area featuring a jacuzzi and sun loungers. The jacuzzi is filled specifically for you upon request, free of charge. On the hotel's ground floor, there is a cafe offering a discount for hotel guests. We enjoyed breakfast there several times, and it was both tasty and reasonably priced, especially considering the guest discount. The combo breakfast for two, including drinks, cost 110 dirhams. We stayed in a double room with a very large double bed. Special mention goes to the bed itself--extremely comfortable, and not overly soft as is often the case in hotels. The room itself was spacious, with high ceilings (likely over 3 meters), a long desk along one side of the room, comfortable chairs, and plenty of elegant lamps and lighting. Everything was beautifully clean and well-maintained. The room included amenities such as a safe, scales, TV, kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. Complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar, and coffee capsules were replenished daily as we used them. Additionally, every day we were provided with four new 0.5-liter bottles of water--even if we hadn't finished the previous day's supply. The housekeeping team performed daily wet cleaning, changed towels and linens, and took out the trash. If we stayed in the room longer (using the "do not disturb" sign), they kindly arranged cleaning later in the evening after we had left. We would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping staff: Prabhu, Sawroop, and Sanju--thank you so much for ensuring our room was always comfortable and welcoming. Special thanks also to the guest service staff: Shehan, Samara, and Hein--they were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend Beach Walk Boutique Hotel and thank you for a delightful vacation!

Wonderful location, super close to the beach 3 mins walk. rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel itself provides umbrellas/towels when visiting the beach.

Stayed in March with my Mother and Sisters Rooms clean and basic. Beds were very comfortable. On a very noisy corner especially at nights. Swaroop, Prabhu & Sanu were very attentive. Sanara at front desk was a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful .

Had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel with my bestfriend. The location, rooms, and service are truly immaculate. Special mention for Mohin (night receptionist), he made our stay 5 folds better with his warm presence and constant help and consideration. Staff like him really make a place shine!

The room at the 2floor was very very noisy impossible to sleep/ the engine of the air conditioning was just on the roof !we ve changed the room but even at the 1th floor rooms are so noisy We can hear all guests! Location is not great ! Very far from the area of the restaurants ( 2,7 km from kite beach -45 min of walk ) And the beach next to the hotel is not nice beach they are just making new buildings so there are works everywhere

Facilities and room quality was average. But the service was absolutely fantastic!!! Specially thanks to Sheham! He helped us to book taxi and managed tons of luggage during our staying an overnight while we were transitioning flights. Stars crowned to him!
