Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah

This would have been a 5 ... most people were amazing. And the hotel stunning location. But me and my partner got engaged while we were there so absolutely felt on top of the world, I told the reception ,( sometime you get a little celebration , I wasn't expecting anything much we were already happy with our room) But she didn't even look up from the laptop to congratulate me and it went down like a lead balloon. She said they don't do anything and I basically walked back up to the room a little embarrassed & annoyed. I thought it was rude which has tainted the experience for us. It's a shame because we have had a lovely time. Our room was clean everyday & good was nice. Pool security were very strict in reserving beds you couldn't go and grab pool lunch and come back to your bed. But overall we stay again, and it is a lovely fab location.

I was there with my best friend. The Hotel it's self has beautiful facilities. We loved staying in this hotel, we couldn't choose a better one honestly. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We want to say for the room cleaning a big thank you to Suman, he always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. At the restaurant in the morning there was a great and gentle waiter, Fred. In the evening we want to say many thanks to Cynthia and Sailyn! Always checking on us and making our stay even more precious. A big thank you to the whole team!

Incredible hotel with very friendly staff. Thank you for making the stay for me and my fiancee so special. The staff do everything they can to make your stay 5-stars, the whole hotel is immaculate, the breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The pool area can get a little crowded but you also have free access to the beach club which was brilliant. We can't speak highly enough of this hotel and we wanted to say 'thank you' for making our stay so enjoyable.

We've just come back from a 7 night holiday in Dubai. It was our first experience of this hotel and Country. ||||The staff were very polite and always very helpful when we asked any questions. ||||Every part of the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. ||||||Our room was cleaned every day to the highest standard. The breakfast choice was amazing was available until 11am, which allowed us a late breakfast if we were going out that day. ||||The pool on the 1st floor was always clean and always had beds available. We opted to get up earlier and Use the padded beds which were lovely and comfortable which were by the pool edge. The towel man also helped with the parasols which was very helpful. ||||Lastly the position of the hotel was perfect. Based at the beginning of the Palm trunk, it was ideally located for trips, beaches and visiting other attractions on the Palm.

I expect better customer service from a big brand like this. I go to the Esco bar quite often, almost every week. We met some friends, and they went to the toilet in the lobby. I waited for them for nearly two minutes. As soon as I sat down, a security guard came up to me and told me to move to a different seat. I asked Polity for an explanation, as it is just a normal seat on the lobby travel desk. However, she said they must follow the instructions. I spoke to the Duty Manager, Oussama, and I had to wait for him for more than 20 minutes. He did not give me a reason why I was not allowed to sit down. The Hotel Manager should always be very careful with how they treat customers. It's a nice hotel in a great spot, and it should keep Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah's reputation as top-notch destinations. But acting like that will really damage its reputation. I have given you a rating of four stars, just like your official classification. And i did not write this review to get revenge. It's just some useful advice.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is based on the entrance of the palm which was great if we wanted to go elsewhere in the evenings as it was easier to leave the palm. The palm is extremely busy in the evenings by car so this was an added bonus. The hotel room itself was really nice and well stocked with everything that we needed. We even requested robes and they came within minutes the staff at this hotel are really polite and friendly and good the extra mile to help you the pool and the rooftop pool is really nice. I would recommend the rooftop pool. It's not very expensive to go up there either.

Comfiest bed we've slept in !! Amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly. Great location for getting to places. Hotel provides taxi service which is always available. This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and we already can't wait to come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at resort for two nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort location, amenities, and staff (mostly Robert) exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast at the resort restaurant was delicious, I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
