A Truly Memorable Stay - Warm Hospitality & Stunning Views From the moment we arrived at Taj Exotica Palm Jumeirah, we were warmly greeted by the staff and instantly felt welcomed. One of the managers even took the time to personally walk us around the hotel and introduce us to the amenities - such a thoughtful and personal touch that made a lasting impression. The swimming pool and private beach are absolutely stunning - beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. Our room offered breathtaking views that we'll never forget. Every detail of our 3-day stay was exceptional, and when it was time to leave, our entire family felt genuinely sad to go. We already miss being there and will definitely return the next time we're in Dubai. Thank you to the entire team at Taj Exotica for making our stay so special.

Overall i am immensely impressed by the excellent service i received at the hotel. Every personnel that i came accross during my stay, went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortabe and happy (whether it was the attendant in the toilets ,the cleaners, the waiters at the restaurant, reception staff , concierges and the attendants that met us on arrival) They were all courteous, kind, helpful friendly and very professional .They really made our stay extra special.It was my sisters 60th birthday . They even decorated the bed and baked her a cake . This is indeed exceptional service..This may seem a bit unfair but a few staff member stood out for me namely Vikas (concierge), Palavi (reception) Harpreet (entrance) and the others were just as good but i wish i had noted their names.The hotel itself, besides being beautifully situated with the most precious views was immaculate .Excellent colour scheme, spacious, tastefully decorated comfortable and cosy.The gardens were also just beautiful and well maintained.Our bedrooms were also perfect in every way and the little treats in the evening was delightful.|We had an awesome holiday.Thanks to the wonderful team in the employ of the Taj Group

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play, a great pool area, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a kid much easier. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, yet relaxed - perfect for families who want both luxury and comfort. Rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the food at the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Taj Exotica to anyone looking for a luxurious family getaway in Dubai.

The personalized care and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities. The swimming pool is very kids-friendly, making it a perfect place for families to relax and enjoy. The Palm Kitchen offered an amazing variety of food options, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone, and the food quality was outstanding. My room was immaculate--clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I cannot thank the team enough for their outstanding service and for making my birthday celebration so special. It's clear that the Taj Hotel values its guests, and this experience has made me a loyal fan. I look forward to returning soon!

Had a fantastic week's holiday at the Taj Dubai! The food at the restaurants is amazing with plenty of choice and excellent value with half board. We particularly loved our time visiting the Emperor Lounge which we did on a daily basis. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They made you feel welcome and always interested in talking about our day! The drinks were served in an elegant manor- especially the tea pouring! We also loved the little complimentary biscuits as we thought these were a nice little touch to the beautiful service! Thank you so much to Elaine, Naina, Mercy and Mr Win. We have thoroughly enjoyed Our stay at the property. The room and service was amazing. Would like to specially thank few of the staff - Sarthak and Pallavi from reception, Bishal from palm kitchen restaurant, Naragjog from housekeeping, Nusfa, Sachini and Cherryl from kids area of Popsicle and also Simran from the Taj lounge. They were extremely helpful and polite and also very efficient. They made our stay memorable and worth the experience. Thank you so much. Looking forward to have a stay again.

5 Stars We had the most wonderful experience at Taj Exotica Palm, made even more special thanks to Mr. Pratik. It was my birthday weekend, and he truly went above and beyond to make it memorable. From a beautifully decorated room to a surprise cake, every detail was handled with so much care and thoughtfulness. We also had an incredible dinner at Varq--absolutely phenomenal food and service. Thankyou to Mr. Rishabh, Osama and Vivek too. But what made it all so meaningful was Mr. Pratik's attentiveness and warmth. Thank you once again for making our stay so special. Felt immensely taken care of, all the staff are sweet and friendly and made our girls feel like they were queens of the Taj castle. The staff went above and beyond in many ways especially Vikas in the concierge, no task was too challenging and he gave a lot of time and warmth to our children. As the children are small they were missing familiar food so the staff arranged meals of our choosing in the club lounge which meant the girls always ate one meal very well without the distractions of the restaurants .This helped immensely and became a treasured memory and location of our trip. Aasia in the club lounge particularly went above and beyond as did Raj by the children's pool. Such fond memories making the Taj feel like our luxury home away from home.
