Andaz Dubai The Palm, by Hyatt

We had a great stay at the Andaz, with a few minor points to consider. ||||The staff was consistently friendly and helpful--someone checked in with us daily, even the cleaner asked if we were happy with the service. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and absolutely perfect. No noise issues from outside.||||The beach was lovely and the pool clean, even if a bit messy toward the end of the day, which is understandable with so many guests. We knew the pool and beach were shared and didn't mind--there was always space, especially on the beach. It's about a 3-minute walk, though the path there could be more direct (currently winds around a little soccer field where kids play).||||The food was a highlight: breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing, everything we tried was delicious. However, the cakes (like muffins) were a bit dry and refilling the virgin mojito took a bit long (that stuff is great!). The coffee was excellent.||||A few drawbacks: the waiters forgot some drinks, the WiFi in our room was sometimes unstable (worked better elsewhere), and the mall wasn't the easiest walk--though Dubai isn't really built for pedestrians so we can't blame Andaz. Also, the spa people were a bit pushy with its promotions. ||||All in all, it's not a cheap stay, but you're in Dubai--and we felt the quality matched the price.

We visited Andaz on two occasions and both times, impeccable service! Our room attendants (Sushita & Mohammed) paid great detail to everything - a wonderfully clean room every day. They represent the hotel extremely well and maintain very high standards of presentation. We had fantastic stays and hotel receptionist Mustafa is friendly, approachable and ensured we were happy with our booking. We would highly recommend Andaz for families and couples!

What an incredible hotel! My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The staff were nothing short of 10/10--they were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to revisiting in the near future. Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality--please keep up the great work!

The customer service is like no other. Every member of staff we met was helpful and polite. The hotel smells and looks amazing. Everything was so clean and the view from the beach and our room was so lovely. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our 2night stay for our anniversary the most memorable it could be - special thanks to Ahmed on Guest Relations.

Our second stay Half board at this hotel and it was as good as the first time, in fact our room (we were upgraded to a suite) was much better and spacious. Food was also better, especially for dinner and you now get access to the pool bar (La Coco) which was great overlooking the pool, beach and even the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa (on a clear day)||You can't go wrong with this hotel, and the normal five star amenities that you'd expect. Sunny, one of the chefs really looked after our needs and specially prepared a dosa for us every morning as went the extra mile to enhance our experience.||Pool and beach are a long walk from the main hotel and they are both shared with residents who live onsite - this didn't really bother us. All in all, good stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Exceptional hotel to stay , exceeds expectations and amazing value for money . Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Mr Ahmad at reception upgraded us to better room as well and guided nicely about hotel amenities. Hotel is very kids friendly and also has adults only pool on roof.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely and worm welcoming, excellent front desk service specially form Mr. Ramadan and his beautiful guest relations lady. Amazing food and great preforming of waiters by name Felix. Breathtaking view from the gum and swimming pool, lovely massage from the spa team. Thank you all for everything and see you soon!

Currently at Andaz and loving the stay. We are a family with 2 kids and the hospitality has been brilliant. We were given a lovely room with all the kitchen amenities, this has really helped us so that we can wash and dry the clothes. Hafeez was really lovely to welcome us and offered sweats to welcome us and was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are really lovely. Special mention to Priya restaurant staff, Bilal who was serving at the chaat corner, Sajith the chef who was very friendly and ensured our stay has been comfortable and the Chef from UK sorry didn't catch the name. Overall most at the restaurant were really nice and looked out for everyone. The room cleaning has been excellent as it's kept spotless. The guys at the entrance always with a smile. The food has been flavourful. Less variety but there is always something we could find to eat. They are more into quality than quantity. The only negative if I have to pick something is that the pool is a bit far from our room and we have to go through the restaurant which isn't ideal. It would be good to get an entrance to the rooms in the hotel through the outside. Overall would surely recommend.
