Vignesh has taken great care and attention cleaning my room. Ilove the fridge in the room and the bathroom is very clean and has lovely hands wash. | Left me fresh water daily and the bed had been brilliant each day. Great service! Would stay again! Can't recommend this cleaner enough. Thanks

Good stay at this 5-star hotel. The facilities were spotless and the service lived up to expectations. The pool was great, and the staff taking care of it were really friendly and cool. A big thank you to Lasathan, who cleaned my room: he was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. On top of that, he was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.

I stayed in July last year for three days with my father and the experience was truly memorable--largely thanks to one of the staff members, NAY SWANG, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, he was always available, offering assistance with everything like local recommendations etc. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and care he showed. It wasn't just about doing a job--it felt like NAY SWANG genuinely wanted us to have a great time. Whether it was making sure we had everything we needed in our room, offering tips for exploring the city, or simply checking in to see if everything was going well, he truly elevated our experience.

After an all night flight I was looking forward to a shower and change of clothes, only to be told we'd have to wait 3hrs for our room to be ready. It was 30 degs so couldn't sit round the pool to wait. Eventually got our room which was very clean and spacious. Great view front the pool of the Museum opp. Food very Arabic which was lovely, breakfast was plentiful. Hotel very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant was very good.. Serves alcohol. Near to all attractions but will say don't get a hotel taxi, get a dubai one. Far cheaper than hotel ones. Supermarkets near, so is Maccies, Costa and Bk. Pool area safe and clean,fresh towels everyday. Would recommend and stay here again.

Good position in front of the Future museum and near the metro, very kind and helpful staff in all the areas (housekeeping Samir is friendly and professional) they all put many efforts to make you feel well. Hotel a little bit old for the structure but still good, swimming pool to improve but it's nice swimming among the skyscrapers. Breakfast good with a wide selection of products, Arab, Indian and international food.

Very good and comfortable hotel located in a very good central area. Anura Jayanth from housekeeping has been really helpful and has cleaned our rooms very well. Highly appreciate his efforts. Staff is very polite and looking forward to coming back and staying here soon again

I had a wonderful experience at The Millennium Plaza Hotel in downtown Dubai, thanks to Ejaj! He was so kind, pleasant, and always had a friendly smile. His helpful attitude truly made my stay extra special. Ejaj went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for breakfast. Thank you Ejaj for such great service :)
