Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their support when I had a delivery situation--an Amazon order arrived while I was away from the hotel, and it was cash on delivery. Thankfully, the front desk team went above and beyond to receive the package on my behalf and ensure it wasn't returned. Their flexibility and kindness truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and stress-free!

Absolutely fantastic stay! I was travelling with my two daughters, one of whom has special needs, and the team went above and beyond to support us throughout. Their kindness, patience, and exceptional service made our experience truly memorable. The continental breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, with a good variety for both adults and children. One of the best features was the play area for kids right in the breakfast space -- such a thoughtful touch that made mornings so much easier and more enjoyable for parents. The service was consistently excellent -- every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We felt looked after from start to finish.

Our stay at the Radisson Blue was most pleasant. Parkash, the room attendant ensured that our room was well maintained and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Brenda, his supervisor was also very friendly. We looked forward to breakfast as Mohammad Rokan and Rakesh Birje were very courteous and most obliging. Their warm hearted smiles and pleasant disposition made our visits for breakfast all the more enjoyable. Amir, at the Travel desk, advised us on the best places to visit and offered us the best deals. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights with my family, and it was an incredibly comfortable experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. A special mention to Mr. Rakesh from the F&B service for his exceptional hospitality, as well as the entire front office team for their warm and welcoming approach. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Anniversary Ruined at Radisson Blu Dubai (May 27-June 10)||Dear Radisson Blu Customer Service,||I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your Dubai location from May 27 to June 10, which was supposed to be a memorable anniversary trip but turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience.||Upon check-in, I was given a small double-bed queen-size room, despite having booked a king-size bed. The room lacked a proper shower and only had a tub, and to make matters worse, there was no rod in the tub, causing water to splash everywhere. I eventually got moved to a room with a king-size bed, but it faced a noisy construction site. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep and enjoy our stay.||Things only got worse. My husband has severe food allergies, and he often brings his own food when we travel. Shockingly, your hotel did not offer a microwave in the room. When we requested help to warm his food, we were told no due to policy reasons. After much persistence, we were told we could try warming the food at the coffee shop downstairs, but the experience there was humiliating and inconsistent. The staff made it extremely difficult and unwelcoming every single day for two weeks.||Additionally, calling the front desk from our room was useless--our calls were rarely answered. On one occasion, I timed it and waited over 8 minutes with no response. This left me with no option but to go downstairs to report every issue, which was incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable for the price we paid.||The only bright spot in our stay was the kind and understanding African staff members, who showed empathy and tried to assist whenever possible. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were either unhelpful or outright rude.||We paid $2,900 for a stay that should have been comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Instead, our anniversary was ruined. I am incredibly disappointed and feel let down by a brand I trusted. Came to the Raddison Blu for Brunch at the Firelake. Didn't know what to expect as it was my first time for this brunch but it was excelllent. Out door Setting was great , entertainment was very good, food was good but the service was outstanding. Ahmed was our servant and he was super. Attentive, helpful and kept the drinks coming. Thanks Ahmed I would definitely recommend the brunch for anyone looking for a great value for money Saturday Brunch

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is in a great location in Dubai -- close to many attractions and very convenient. The housekeeping (Mr. Prakash) was very good throughout our stay. The man who cleaned our room did a thorough job and kept everything nice and tidy. We especially appreciated the small surprises he left for our children -- a thoughtful touch that made them smile every time. Thank you for the great service!
