Fantastic Hotel with Outstanding Service I had an amazing stay thanks to the excellent security team specially manager Zishaan. they were vigilant, friendly, and made sure the premises were safe at all times. The location couldn't be better. close to shopping, dining, and major attractions, making it super convenient. What really stood out was the spotless cleanliness. my room was refreshed daily with great attention to detail. The housekeeping staff deserves special praise for their thorough work. Overall, a 5-star experience. safe, well-located, and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good service room is clean staff are all friendly. Location is so flexible. Metro station is very near and helps to go here and there. Aminities and facilies were amaizing. I would love to visit again. Thanks for the team specially Mr. Ahmed at the reception and bell boy sudip. Sure we will be back.

The kind of service for this hotel was so amzing and i cannot forget the service this person bellman (sudip) and valet shahab. There are amazing guys it help me a lot. Its five star service for them. Thumbs up

The only 5-star thing in this hotel is the room service - they are always kind, helpful and will support you in everything. The room itself was very old and used. It was spacious and equipped with all the amenities though. Breakfasts are not worth anything - the quality is low, choice is small and the taste is poor. Moreover, their kitchen service is rude. You always need to ask this woman to order even a tea and she seems to be annoyed that you dare to even bother her. The good thing is a location in Business Bay close to offices and meeting spaces. To sum up - there are more valuable hotels in this area so pick something else if you want to experience Dubai friendliness.

My 1st time visiting on this hotel it's really good and clean the price is normally and the room are luxury also the lobby area was very good the staff like friends especially the reception and the bell boy owais I will be back soon

It's a great hotel and spacious room we enjoyed our stay staff was very friendly and helpful breakfast was amazing I would like to thanks to receptionist tammna for smooth check-in and shahab valet for quick and responsive service
