Canal Central Hotel Business Bay Dubai

We recently spent 5 incredible days here, gem in the heart of Dubai. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to make my stay unforgettable. Our room was a serene oasis, with plush bedding, modern amenities, and stunning views of the city. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were evident throughout our stay. Finally the breakfast spread was truly exceptional. With a vast array of international options, From fresh fruits and pastries to Indian food among others the quality and variety were impressive, would visit here again.,

Where do I start??? Nice location, a short drive to the mall of Dubai and Business Bay Metro Station. Clean, Nice building, excellent breakfast. The staff: professionally trained and they are super friendly, they basically guess what you may need and attend to you before you even ask. I thank all the staff for making sure we had an excellent stay. The hotel has many places to escape to and all clean. Would definitely recommend. Had an excellent stay.

The canal view from the hotel room was just stunning. I love it! The room and bathroom were really clean and spotless. The pillows were quite comfortable. Clean bedding and blanket. The room size was good too. The bellboy was very quick to bring up my stuff and take it to my car. The staff members checked me in and out quickly, with no hassles!

I had an amazing stay at Canal Central Hotel -- everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities were great, and most of the service was excellent with vallet and cleaning staff. The only downside was the lunch service. It was delayed, and some of the staff were a bit unfriendly during that time. I still recommend the hotel, but I really think the team needs to work on their attitude to match the high standards in the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. It's in a good location and beautiful view of the canal. You can have breakfast as you enjoy the amazing views. The staff were all very friendly and warm. I loved the concierge guys. They will make your stay pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. The rooms were lovely. Very clean as well. I'd come back again. Only downside was that we could hear the people in the next room.

Last month, I went to Dubai with my family. We have stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. In short, we have had an amazing time in Dubai. Dubai is a wonderful city to visit.||Cantal Central Hotel staff has been very friendly to us and the service is well above par. The breakfast is good and the hotel is part of Business Bay, where taxis can be found everywhere, making travel a breeze. ||During our stay at the hotel, we have booked our excursions with Ozair Hussain. He has provided us with excellent advice on the available excursions and how to plan all of them efficiently. Besides that, he is also a great person to have a chat with.||Cannot wait to visit Dubai again.

I feel Canal Central Hotel like my second home from eight years when I visited for first time. I am a regular guest of this gorgeous hotel two/tri times every year. The hotel is located in a very good area near to Dubai Mall and offers everything to feeling comfortable. Every time I enjoy to the beautiful view to canal and the traverse boats. The food is perfect - delicious and varied. The chefs are excellent . Everyone from the staffs are kind and amazing service. Especially I am really touched from kindly welcoming and warm attitude of Vanessa in the restaurant. She is excellent in her job of servise and caring for the guests. I have travelled a lot, in a different places but no where I met a person like her, who make me feel so expected and welcome guest.
