Jumeirah Al Qasr

I went to the Al Qasr last month and had a wonderful time as always. The service is amazing and the new restaurants at Marsa Al Arab are amazing additions to the resort. I have been going for seven years now and I am very happy to always see Ashraf and Rayaan at the beach. They are very well mannered and hard working and are always nice, welcoming and accommodating with me and my family. I would also like to thank Prakash for managing the beach service during our stay. The service at the water sports club is great as well; I especially enjoyed meeting and getting to know Ahmed, a very funny and hospitable guy who I hope to see when I come back! As always, the breakfast is amazing, and Chika continues to be amicable and a key part of what makes the breakfast experience as good as it is. Although not at breakfast, I was happy to have encountered Julius as well whilst I stopped at Jumeirah Beach. He continues to be very friendly and has a great, well mannered character. With regards to Marsa Al Arab, Iliana is an amazing restaurant, with good food and a wonderful manager, Marek, who has done a great job so far! I look forward to returning to Al Qasr next year.

Last year we had a lagoon view room which was stunning. This time we booked an Arabian deluxe room. It was Comfortable, beautiful and generous sized accommodation but opened directly onto a pathway so there was no privacy for changing without keeping curtains closed. We will book a different room next time. The room service was very good - on occasion the bathroom was not left fully equipped (eg. Face flannels and vanity kits missing) but any issues were resolved promptly once requested. First class service from staff within the hotel and restaurants as last time (the staff really are incredibly skilled at what they do) with the exception of Shimmers which seemed a little chaotic this time and where we had an issue with the table we had booked which we were told wasn't available. Beautiful, fresh and high quality cuisine - great value and quality at The Hide and Al Nafoorah in particular. The gym and gym staff were fantastic as was the case last time. Grounds were immaculate. Celeste beach bar staff were fantastic - really friendly and attentive. Thank you in particular to Bridget and Nanda and the gentleman that made all our mojitos! ||Would love to see / find more easily some live music or evening entertainment for future visits.

It was our second time at the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are really nice and there are many options. My 5 year old daughter loved playing at the kids club. Art& crafts and face painting are her favorite. All the stuff at the kids club are really nice, but specially I would like to mention Aige who was really friendly and helpful. You can tell that she is doing her job with all her heart and loves the children so much. I would like to thank the team and hope to see them next time.

A wonderful experience! The new hotel at Jumeirah Al Qasr is absolutely stunning. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Beautiful views, excellent restaurants, and a relaxing atmosphere make it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay at the Al Qasr. This is a hotel that has a comforting easy going approach whilst maintaining a high standard. The restaurants are excellent and all the staff are pleasant to deal with, including the valet guys out front and especially those in the Palace lounge. Special mention to all the girls, William and the accommodating Pablo - thanks Pablo. A problem with their holding deposit system was efficiently rectified by Duty Manager Mahmoud|Shawaly upon checkout|Overall a very pleasant stay and we are due to return in November

I am writing this review after staying at the hotel in August. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to me and my family, making our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Meriem from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to assist us with various requests. Her dedication and professionalism made a significant difference in our experience, and we are deeply grateful for her help. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
