One&Only Royal Mirage

We had spent a few days at the One & Only Za'abeel in the city which was also amazing but on arrival we were told they had a surprise for us & we were upgraded & given a huge suite with a pool view! It was incredible! This hotel was faultless and everything about it was perfect! The staff could not do enough for you and the whole hotel is just so beautiful. We booked a table at restaurant 101 & we got a boat from the hotel to it, which was beautiful. Thank you for an amazing holiday especially to chains who was our guest experience agent & really took care of us. We look forward to returning! If you book this hotel you will never be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially with our baby. They upgraded us to a huge room that made things so much more comfortable, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning -- peaceful, super well-maintained, and feels like a true escape from the city. Service was top notch from start to finish. We felt really well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or just looking for a luxury experience that actually delivers. The arrival at the hotel immediately showed us why we picked the One & Only Royal Mirage. The beauty of the property, the sophistication of the decor and professionalism of the staff seemed unmatched by some of the popular hotels we have visited during our trip. The room was beautiful and spacious. The pools were large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was the best we have encountered across all of our travels. All the restaurants in the hotel were great.|I can't say enough of this place other than you have to try it yourself.

We were invited by a friend to try a new restaurant, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The manager personally came by our table, which made us feel truly valued. The chef clearly gave it his all -- the food was not just delicious, it was an experience in itself. Each dish had its own unique flavor, offering a different dimension of taste. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely visit again soon. We want to thank the manager Olga, Nihat and Abdul for making this evening an unforgettable memory. Compliments!!

This is my first time staying at One&Only Mirage, Arabian Court, and I can honestly say it's the best hotel I've stayed at. Incredible interiors, with a beautiful traditional Arabian style. The pool was super chilled and never felt over crowded. Akhil and the pool and bar staff were so welcoming and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

The setting at One&Only Royal Mirage is absolutely stunning -- the architecture, the gardens, and the atmosphere are truly beautiful and serene However, I was disappointed by the service at the pool area. The staff was not very responsive, service was slow, and their overly friendly attitude sometimes felt unprofessional. In a luxury establishment like this, there should be a certain level of respect and appropriate distance when interacting with guests. It's a shame, because the pool and surroundings truly deserve a level of service that matches their elegance.

An amazing stay at the One & Only Royal Mirage, such a beautiful hotel. The rooms are luxurious and exceptionally clean, food delicious and staff all over the hotel are all so helpful and friendly. Thank you Akhil, the pool and beach manager for looking after us at the pool every day, ensuring we had our favourite spot and anything we needed. I had the pleasure of spending another day in the Palace area, and once again, the experience was simply wonderful. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout the day.
