Jumeirah Al Naseem

Our first time at Al naseem and it definitely will not be our last :) everything about this hotel is first class and pure luxury. Special mention to Ismail at the adult only pool who was nothing but a complete and utter delight! So attentive and thoughtful. Thank you!!!!

Amazing stay in the Jumeirah Al Naseem again. Everything is exceptional there and the location, quality, resort, etc. meet the highest standards. It's the place we will return to when we will be back in Dubai hopefully soon again. ||||Location - Close to downtown Dubai, beaches, the whole eco system of Jumeirah Hotels makes it a breeze.||||Quality - Everything is high standard. Although the hotel is not new anymore, it still sets very high standards both for the facility and staff.

From first to last day of our stay everything was excellent! Service, food, cleanliness, personnel attentive to details. Here at Jumeirah Al Naseem you feel like every single person from the staff welcomes you in the warmest way. I would like to say special thank you to Rockfish team who made us feel really valuable guests every morning at breakfast. Unfortunately I don't know all the names, but all cooks and waiters (especially a bold man) were so friendly and willing to make our day amazing. They always made our daughter happy by giving her small treats, she was always excited to get a small bowl of berries or princess-shaped pancakes. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MU HEART! At dinner we usually had very pleasant conversations with Elizaveta who also works at Rockfish and is also caring for her guests like a loving mother. Also I would like to note beach personnel, they were very friendly and nice too! Even territory cleaners were always kind and friendly, always wishing us a lovely day! In conclusion I'd like to say that Jumeirah Al Naseem is definitely the place where I would come back again and again because here I can really relax and spend a marvelous vacation!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like royalty--shoutout to the team for being so warm, helpful, and genuinely awesome! The rooms are stunning with it's spacious marble bathrooms and dreamy Burj Al Arab views. The service is always too notxh. They've got pools that feel like paradise, beaches you'll never want to leave, and restaurants that are equally amazing. Whether it's a sunset cocktail or a lazy day in your plush robe, Al Naseem nails that perfect mix of luxury and chill vibes. If you're in Dubai, BOOK THIS PLACE. 10/10, would recommend.

WOW what an amazing trip!! Firstly, I must apologies for taking so long to right this review but I would like to thank all of the staff at the hotel who made our stay truly unforgettable!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the level of service shown was nothing short of first class!! I would like to also highlight how well we were looked after by Binod and his team, special shoutout to Mohammed, Attia & Mamun they looked after my family so well for the duration of the trip and were always there before you knew you even needed something 20/10 - from the small gifts for my son to the time and effort put into decorating our beds on the last day was fantastic and we all absolutely loved it! Everything about the hotel was 1st class, the staff were insane as I knew they would be and nothing is too much. Rooms were great, definitely going back every year. Was such a pleasure and such an easy stay knowing that everything was on point. Well done team

We had an Iftar buffet at Jumeirah Al Naseem with the view of Burj Al Arab and it was incredible especially the desserts I loved the Creme brulee, the best Iftar I had this year. The service was great. I had the chance to see the beautiful buildings all around the Area and it was worth the visit. I'll definitely come back again.

We stayed at Jumeirah Al Naseem from April 3 to April 11. The hotel is simply the best. The restaurants are excellent, the grounds are amazing, and the beach is a solid 100 out of 100. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely friendly toward the guests.||At the Adults Only pool, the staff member Ismail welcomes every guest like family. Always with a smile, always with kind words--he knows each guest by name. It's clear that he truly loves his job and does everything in his power to make sure this location leaves the best possible impression. His customer-focused attitude adds to the warm and cozy atmosphere. We wish there were more employees like him--people who love their profession this much are rare.||We will definitely be back. If it's the UAE, then it's only Jumeirah Al Naseem for us!
