We loved it. Great place, beutiful and clean. Great facilities and lovey restaurants with great food. I will definitely bring my family over next time. The rooms are very spacious and you can bring your pets with. It is great for couples and the kids.

Fabulous stay again. Room was amazing and the view of the mountains and the surrounding greenery were incredible. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, special shout out to Jayantha who makes fabulous cocktails to order. Food was also delicious , adults pool was relaxing and buffet breakfast with pork station was superb. We had a fantastic stay at JA Hatta Fort Hotel! The surrounding area is breathtaking, and the weather made our trip even more enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was the airgun and archery activities, which were absolutely remarkable. Mr. Sunil was amazing-- he explained everything clearly and guided us perfectly throughout the activities, making the experience even more enjoyable. We truly had the best time, and these activities were the most memorable part of our stay. Thank you, Mr. Sunil, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience! We can't wait to come back.

Fortunate, also from the Front Office, made our check-in and check-out experience incredibly smooth and seamless. She was efficient, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. At the restaurant, Naveen, the Restaurant Manager, was fabulous. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and made our dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Murugan. When my father fell unwell during the trip, he thoughtfully prepared custom meals to suit his condition. His kindness and concern meant so much to our family - we're deeply grateful. Lastly, a big shoutout to Sunil, who guided us during the archery and shooting activities. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and engaging. Thanks to your wonderful team, our entire stay was nothing short of memorable. We had an amazing trip to Hatta Dam, and our visit to Hatta Fort Hotel made it even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality. At the Gazebo , we were assisted by Danish, who was extremely polite and professional. He welcomed us with a smile and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we had the best experience. His friendly and courteous nature made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel's facilities are excellent, offering a perfect mix of luxury and nature. Whether it's the lush greenery, the serene environment, or the top-notch service, everything about this place is impressive. It's an ideal destination for a weekend getaway, whether you're visiting with friends or family. Danish at Gazebo truly stood out, and we highly appreciate his dedication to making guests feel special. Because of the wonderful experience, I am already planning to return soon with my family. Incredible Stay at JA Hatta Fort Hotel! Spent two days here, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment you start the scenic mountain drive, it feels like you've escaped to another world--just 1.5 hours from Dubai, yet completely surrounded by nature. The chalet-style rooms are spacious, with private terraces and breathtaking mountain views. The hotel is also kid and pet-friendly, making it perfect for a family getaway. We brought our Pomeranian, and she had the best time--so much open space to explore! There's no shortage of activities--horse riding, archery, a shooting range, mini-golf, and dedicated play areas for kids. The two temperature-controlled pools with mountain views are the perfect place to unwind. It's also just minutes from Hatta Hub and hiking trails, making it the ideal mix of adventure and relaxation. No surprise that it's fully booked most weekends, so plan ahead! Looking forward to coming back for another stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a fantastic getaway with spacious outdoor areas and large rooms. We make it a tradition to visit every year, and the service never disappoints. One of the things we love most is how dog-friendly the hotel is. We can take our dogs almost everywhere, and there's plenty of outdoor space to explore with them. The staff is always kind to our furry companions, and while dogs aren't allowed in the pool, they are welcome to relax in the area. Beyond the excellent hospitality, the hotel's emergency response is impressive. At the end of summer, our car broke down 15 km away from the hotel after checkout. Finding transport back to Dubai with two dogs seemed challenging, but thanks to the receptionist team at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, they swiftly arranged a car and driver within an hour after our call. Fortunately, we had our doggies' travel backpack with us, so everything worked out perfectly. The timing was perfect, as the car arrived just in time for the towing service. Unfortunately, I lost my notes on the name of the staff member who assisted us, but I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for the outstanding support!

Loved our family break. Been there thrice. Pet friendly, our fur babies love their walks and runs in the lawn. It's a serene place and the staff is wonderful. Will always go back. Thomas at reception, Maria at the restaurant... Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
