Everything is tops. Tooms are spacious, great bed and mattress and the AC easy to control. The outdide environment is really pretty and green and the staff bery helpful. |The help at the restaurant is great. Very professional and humble and they speak good english. The food is good, and the coctail drinks perfect as well. |The reception staff ate very helpful and always responsive. And the travel agent of the resort, Moustafa is a great guy who not only helped us through choosing the right excursions, but also checked up on us during our trips. Our driver on the desert Safari, Abdullah, was excellent. He was kind, friendly and professional all the way through. He took great care of us all the time. Great guys!|Will choose this place again when I return to Dubai. Awesome experience

This was my second visit to the hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the warm welcome at reception to the smooth checkout, everything was exceptional. A special thanks to Faiq at the front office for ensuring a seamless check-in experience for our family and assisting with room services. I would also like to recognize Hatem and Fathy at the restaurant -- they were incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and treated every guest like a VIP. Excellent service like this truly builds loyalty and future business. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

I usually visit Dubai Marine Hotel to play tennis with my coach, and afterward, I enjoy the beach -- something I've done many times without ever being told a day pass is required. Today, I brought my girlfriend with me and we headed to the beach, as I always do. We were stopped and asked if we had a day pass. I explained my usual routine and that no one had ever mentioned needing one, but I was more than happy to pay. I left my girlfriend waiting and went to the club escorted by security as if I was some sort of criminal to purchase a pass, paying 270 AED. When we returned to the beach to relax, and went for a dip, about 10 minutes later a security guard approached us again and told us we needed to pay for a second person. I explained that I wasn't aware it was 270 AED per person, but I still agreed to pay when asked at the club -- only to then be publicly pulled out of the water in front of everyone by security. The manager got involved, and instead of de-escalating the situation, he raised his voice, was unreasonably aggressive, and treated us with complete disrespect. Not only had we paid the 270 we were asked for, but we also had paid 100 AED for drinks. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I told him I wasn't paying again after already paying once and being misinformed. I requested a refund and went to the club, where the staff tried to calm the situation by offering to let us stay -- but by then, the experience was completely ruined. We left the hotel. The sole reason for this review is the appalling behavior of the manager (I believe he was Lebanese). He lacked the professionalism and basic courtesy expected in hospitality. I will not be returning to Dubai Marine Hotel, and I don't recommend it to anyone who values respectful service and proper communication. Treating your loyal customers as criminals and dragging them out of the beach is not the way to go.

I had a really great experience at Dubai Marine Resort and Spa, and a big part of that was thanks to Ahmed at reception. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and thorough--he made sure everything was taken care of and genuinely seemed to care that I had a smooth and comfortable stay. It's rare to come across someone who's not only efficient but also kind and personable.||||The resort itself is beautiful--quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, the beach access is a bonus, and the overall vibe is relaxed and elegant without being too formal. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and professional, and the whole experience felt very well thought out.||||Would absolutely stay here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back but high-quality place to stay in Dubai.

Stayed several times but disappointed after our last stay. Room although was nice wasn't cleaned. Moved table and dirt was thick. No housekeeping came to the room despite me enquiring which wasn't ideal considering we were traveling with an 8 month old. Coffee machine thick with dust. No water refilled. Travel cot provided with a folded quilt as mattress. When we requested a mattress what they came with seemed like a cushion off a chair which didn't fit. Beds beside pool were stained and filthy. They used to have a wonderful chilled beach bar leading onto the beach. It is now replaced with a Japanese restaurant that seems cold and clinical. Hotel staff are generally friendly and hospitable however I feel front of house/reception staff aren't the same which is surprising as first and last impressions are important. (Weren't even asked how our stay was on checkout which speaks volumes) Good value and good breakfast. Beautiful place and has its charm but needs a good clean up and a bit of TLC. Probably the last time we will stay which is sad.

It's my first time here but the start wasn't that good. I came early for Check In like 1hr and 30min ahead they say the room is not yet ready and also the check-in is at 3pm. When the time comes and I follow up the room if it's ready to check in they said to wait a bit more time. I came here to enjoy the view the resort and to relax but I'm waiting long time. And I feel sleepy waiting in the couch.

Every time we fly to Dubai from USA and Europe as a big family. We stay at this Hotel!! The location is amazing and Stuff are amazing and friendly! It's a bit old and I noticed the owner is trying to remodel it. But still okay to stay there..! Food is good and the beach is nice and clean.. I recommend for you to enjoy your vacation time over there.. everything else is good as well..

Great Food, Amazing Hookah & Perfect Vibes! Had an amazing experience at this place! The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. The hookah was smooth, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The overall vibe was fantastic--a perfect mix of chill ambiance, good music, and friendly service. The location is great, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The only downside? The weather was absolutely brutal, but that's just Dubai for you! Definitely highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, top-notch hookah, and a lively atmosphere! 5/5 - Will visit again!
