Family of 3 children, 5,5 and 7 years old and 5 adults|Arrived early morning 9am after a 7 hour flight, no cool towel or welcome drink. The rooms [3] where not ready and could not use the all inclusive until mid day. We knew there was a chance the rooms would not be ready until 3pm, but couldn't believe we could not get drinks or food until mid day.|The rooms were eventually ready at 4pm and then had to wait for an extra bed to accommodate my young grandson.|The hotel was lovely, clean and nice rooms with balconies. We had asked for 3 rooms near each other, but this request could not be accommodated and we were scattered on different floors.|This is a very large hotel and the kids loved the waterpark. |The restaurants were nice and we managed to book all the ones we could with children as some do not allow kids, which is odd for a family hotel. The downside was service.... so slow ! Not just of an evening this was for every meal. The main bar was exceptionally slow, we would order our drinks, he would start making them and then take orders from someone else and stop doing ours, which was really frustrating and I couldn't understand the logic. which is odd as its a family hotel. Beds were really comfy and housekeeping were good. |Yes I would go back here with the children, but found the service lacking compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in Dubai, no fruit treats round the pool or ice lollies offered.|Overall we had a good time and it was exceptionally hot for that time of year

We booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 children, clearly stating in the booking remarks that both children would need separate sleeping arrangements. Yet, we were given one double bed and one single bed. This is the first hotel we've ever experienced that considers one single bed sufficient for two children. Absolutely unacceptable. The first question we asked ourselves was: Where is the second child supposed to sleep? When we raised the issue, we were told the single bed was "big enough." That's simply not a real solution for a family of four. The bathrooms are poorly designed--there isn't even a proper showerhead. Bathing small children here is nearly impossible. What makes this even more disappointing is that we had just come from another hotel where we paid significantly less but received excellent service. Every child had their own bed, and the bathroom was spacious and family-friendly. Right now, I'm experiencing deep disappointment. We switched to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I sincerely regret it--a feeling I will definitely share with my community. What frustrates me most is how a basic request--like providing an extra bed--is met with a negative response and no willingness to accommodate or help.

I m again in this hotel for 10 days and I can only express my utmost satisfaction! The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience! The stay was great. Our third time at the hotel and what a stay it was. We was greeted by Vinoth Antony at concierge and what a lovely human he is. The time and care he took with my father and children was unbelievable as soon as we arrived. He put us at ease after an overnight flight we was shattered . He greeted us with cold water and a lovely conversation . During our stay getting taxis and advice he was always there and I genuinely feel what his doing for this hotel is a remarkable . The reason I highlighted him out is because I've been to many hotels and the concierge just do simple things but he goes beyond and above to sort out everything . Now to the room what a lovely room it was , we had two kids and our room I must say was left messy but boi oh boi every time we come back it was like a fresh palace the cleaner from housekeeping did one of the best jobs I've ever seen with how we left it I must say again this hotel is lucky to have him Krishna bahadur he left his name with me as I said in all my reviews I will highlight him as me and my wife was soo happy with how we cleaned and changed our room every day he was working so we thank him so much. |We look forward to coming back to this hotel for the 4th time as it was unbelievable stay and we very much enjoyed it . Great and friendly service from the club lounge from sabita and asmita. During my stay here. My kids loved the place and my family was well taken care of by the staff here. The hotel is very kids friendly with the waterpark and pool. It also allow us to use the facilities in the Westin as well. I recommends everyone to purchase the halfboard while check in. Worth every penny.

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Mohammed and the welcoming staff really made my short stay feel restful. They had incredible attention to detail and made sure I felt like a VIP. Highly recommend for the location, beaches, restaurants, and more as well. ||Rooms and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy, and had a good night rest in order to take on work the next day

Quick honeymoon getaway! Location: a bit far from public transportation (like the metro) but you may easily get there with a car or taxi (roads are just confusing due to ongoing road construction) Really well-maintained hotel. Staff are very attentive. They gave us a lot of treats for our honeymoon even though we forgot to mention it during our booking. Pretty smooth check in and check out. Even though the hotel was really busy they still somehow accommodate our request for late check out and even told us that we can use the facilities until the evening. Breakfast was also pretty great! Selections were good & the team were very friendly. Pros: Pretty great hospitality. Ordered few things from Noon, concierge delivered it directly to our door. Cons: if you don't like being around kids, better book an adults only hotel other than that, you can chill in Barasti. Would really love to come back.
