We really enjoy our stay. The Roomservice did an amazing job. Espacially Namaraj phoe la hnin yu ram raju helped us alot and keept our room clean allday long. Thank you very much. Our Family had alot of fun in the pools and at the beach. Kingsley at the kidspool entertained us and the Kids alot. He was always friendly and kind. We liked that Everything was clean all the time. We will come back

We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for families-close to everything, yet peaceful at night. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The attention to detail in both service and cleanliness really stood out. Their hard work truly made my stay more comfortable."

Lovely hotel, great for the Children. Myself and my husband usually come to Dubai for work purposes every 6 month typically on our own but this time brought our 4 year old daughter before starting school in September.||Great service, good food and wine on the All inclusive for the price we paid. The pools are very safe with a lot of lifeguards and a special shout out to Kamal the lifeguard who had a regular chat with us each day.

Absolutely Outstanding - A Perfect Family Getaway! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Centara Mirage Resort Dubai - everything about this resort was exceptional from start to finish. Our family couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience! The facilities and amenities were second to none. The swimming pools were stunning, clean, and wonderfully maintained - offering something for everyone, whether you're looking to relax or dive into some fun. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, a true slice of paradise. Honestly, every single detail, from the rooms to the restaurants to the kids' activities, was just amazing. A very special shout-out to Aura, BB, Pang, and the entire front desk team - their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their personal touches made all the difference. And we must mention Moses, who works at the rock jump by the pool - what an absolute legend! His energy, enthusiasm, and kindness brought so much joy to our kids and made every pool day unforgettable. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. This resort is a gem, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Five stars, hands down - thank you to the entire Centara Mirage team for creating such magical memories for our family!

We loved our experience at hotel, it is best holiday for children. We also loved how they cleaned the rooms, had attentions to detail on every corner. The pools were amazing but there were not enough sunbeds so you will need to get there earlier. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had. The hash browns were to die for. All in all it was a lovely experience.

Hotel very good and clean. Great for kids. Special mention to Kamal one of the lifeguards on the family pool that was so full of life and happiness every day. Played with our kids and just made every day by the pool and joy. Brian, Saugat, Nischal, Bishan, Rajesh and Aditya very attentive service poolside providing drinks from the Sands bar. Also Mukesh, Regen and Netra have done a great job cleaning our rooms each day

Thanks to their efforts, my room always shone with cleanliness, and every detail - from a perfectly tugged bed to neatly laid out towels - created a feeling of comfort and care. Tap Bahadur and Chandra showed not only professionalism, but also sincere benevolence. They always smiled friendly, wondered if everything was convenient for me, and immediately responded to any requests. I remember how they delicately left small pleasant surprises - for example, towel figurines or fresh flowers in a vase. It made my stay at the hotel really special. Their work did not go unnoticed: thanks to such a coordinated work of the cleaning team, the atmosphere in Centara is filled with warmth and hospitality. Thank you, Tap Bahadur and Chandra, for putting your soul into your work! Your responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail made my vacation unforgettable. I will definitely come back to Centara again and recommend the hotel to my friends!

We had an amazing week at the Centara Mirage Beach Resort in Dubai. It is a fantastic place, especially for families with kids. Our two daughters had an incredible time making the most of the resort's facilities. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was consistently helpful - from the housekeeping team to the concierges and the pool staff. We would like to give a special thank you to John, the lifeguard mostly stationed by the seaside, who was always attentive and kept a watchful eye on everyone. And, of course, a shoutout to Moses, the "FBI agent" responsible for the rock jump - such a fun and friendly guy! If there is one thing that could be improved, it is the pricing for guests without an all-inclusive package. Lunch and dinner felt a bit pricey, especially the ice creams. However, overall, our stay was fantastic. This was our second time at a Centara resort, and just like our previous visit to Pattaya, it was an excellent experience!
